Note: Details of rounds and other instructions shall be provided in players meet. TROPHIES Top two prizes for Nagpur School team. Prize for Youngest player. Top Ten Boys & Top Five Girls in each category: U-7,U-9, U-11,U-13,U-15 CLASSICAL TOURNAMENT OF RULES SYSTEM OF PLAY: The tournament will be conducted as per latest FIDE laws of chess & FIDE Swiss System with 10 round. Time Control : 90 Minutes with 30 Second increment from move 1. TIE BREAK: In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come to effect. The cash prize however will not be shared and one player will be eligible for one higher prize only. PROTESTS: Protests if any against the chief Arbiter, should be made in writing with protest fee of Rs.500/- within 15 minuts of occurrence on incidence. The fee amount shall be refunded if the appeal is upheld and if not then protest fee shall be fore-fitted. ACCOMMODATION: Air Cooled Lodging will be provided for out station players at MLA Hostel Civil Lines,on triple sharing basis for Rs. 2500/- from 19th May to 26th May. Note : Right of admission to the tournament is reserved with the organizer. The organizer may refuse the entry to any player without assigning any reason. Mobile phone & all type wrist watches are not allowed during the games.
