3 General Description Canes for the Blind and Visually Impaired People Extra light shafts made of extruded aluminum alloy External diameter: 12.7 mm. Centre of gravity thoroughly evaluated. Inverted position shaft sections (on folding models only) preventing water from seeping in. White reflective light film coating (also available in yellow - see page 9, ref. C.J.). Wrist-strap with sliding metal ring Large range of grips (see page 6) Wide range of interchangeable tips with a notch for the elastic cord. Available sizes : From 80 cm (31.49 ) up to 160 cm (64 ) every 5 cm (1.97 ). On a general basis canes are manufactured in 5 sections, (additional charge for special request).
