Print (CMYK) is made with special ink on transfer paper and then, under a high pressure and temperature, it is transmitted to the object coated with varnish polyester. Each type of printing requires a setting of pressure, temperature and time. For example, for printing on aluminum gadgets via press using thermal transfer pressure 5000 Pa at a temperature of 195 C for about 40 seconds. The method of transfer printing (silk printing) allows precise mapping of characters up to 1-4 colored graphics in terms of maintaining all the details and 100% depth of color.
