Print (CMYK) is made with special ink on transfer paper and then, under a high pressure and temperature, it is transmitted to the object coated with varnish polyester. For example, for printing on aluminum gadgets via press using thermal transfer pressure 5000 Pa at a temperature of 195 C for about 40 seconds.
