High precision silkscreen printed balloons are an advanced and high-spec option that we offer. This allows printing to go beyond the regular, high precision printing of a handful of colors, to a more photograph-like print quality and finish. 3 PRODUCTION HIGH PRECISION PRINTING CMYK uses halftones of the colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (Black) layered on top of one another to create new colors. For example, by using halftones of magenta we can create pink, and if this is then layered on top of halftones of yellow we can create red. By using this process, all colors of the rainbow can be printed. This is why CMYK is often referred to as Full Colour Process. Even images with extremely fine screens and color registration can be printed in this technique in CMYK. This is not possible in the normal silkscreen printing. High precision printing is a more timeconsuming technology than the standard silkscreen print, therefore it is more expensive. Using this technology we can print grids and color gradations and reproduce your logo on a CMYK basis virtually identical to the original one, in up to 8 spot colors or even a photo realistic balloon is possible. GENERAL INFORMATION Extra large printing surface, marvellous printing result, bright colors, perfect register on latex balloon. Ideal for promotional purposes or long lasting decorations. Latex balloons can be custom printed in up to 8 colors or CMYK, designs on 1 or 2 sides, with the same or different artworks. The final offer can only be prepared in view of the logo and we start production only after the artwork has been approved. Our printing technology represents the highest quality available today. However, it is highly important to bear in mind that the flexible (coloured) latex is not a white sheet of paper. Latex has its natural limits so exactly the same printing quality as on paper should not be expected. Pantone ink colors are available for orders over 1000 pcs. For spot color prints we need the logo in vector format (eps, ai, cdr...). All the images in the catalogue are photos of our real printed balloons, no Photoshop has been used. MOQ 1-color prints: 100 pcs 2-color prints: 500 pcs 3-8 spot colors and CMYK: 1000 pcs PACKAGE Standard packaging: 100 or 500 pcs / polybag. Special packaging (even with header cards) is available may have additional cost. STORAGE Silkscreen printing High precision silkscreen printing Accuracy of print 2-3 mm < 1mm The balloons made of pure latex can be stored for 1-2 years. It is best though to store them in a dark room at a minimum temperature of C. In case the balloons have hardened due to storage at low temperatures, they must be preheated sufficiently, until they are soft and flexible again. 3

7 BIODEGRADABILITY Environment Friendly Balloons Our balloons are made of natural rubber and are fully 100% biodegradable. The balloon begins it s process of degradation once inflated and this process is accelerated by exposure to environment and to light. Under similar environmental circumstances a latex balloon will decompose within approximately the same time as an oak leaf. 7

15 GENERAL TERMS OUR PARTNERS IN DELIVERY GENERAL TERMS The received orders can only be delivered in accordance with our conditions of delivery and payment, despite the customer having his own terms of business, which he may use to form the basis of the order. Exceptions require our written confirmation. The customer accepts conditions of delivery and payment when placing an order. All prices quoted in our offers and pricelists are in EURO or USD, net, VAT not included and are subject to alteration without due notice. Small variations in quantity and quality due to fabrication have to be accepted. With his order the customer agrees that samples from production may be used for promotional purposes of Lufi Expressz Ltd. For special fabrications we reserve the right to supply up to 5% more or less of the order quantity. DELIVERY All deliveries are ex work. Packing for transportation is included in the sales price. On request we can send the goods by a shipping company of our choice (UPS, FedEx, GLS or our forwarder). In this case the cost for freight (and custom) will be charged additionally to the sales price. Goods travel at the buyer s risk. VAT For deliveries to EU countries we need our client s valid VAT number. Otherwise we have to charge the Hungarian VAT which is currently 27%. COMPLAINTS Within 8 days after receipt of the goods. A return privilege only exists if there is prior written agreement. Faulty goods are only replaced, if the reasons for complaint, number and date of the invoice are indicated, and the goods are returned to our warehouse. 15
