6 ETSON s R&D Position Paper The ETSON members have elaborated together a R&D Position paper which identifies and ranks the main R&D fields of endeavor in a short, mid and long term perspective. The ETSON Position Paper is intended to provide the SNETP NUGENIA community with the TSOs vision on the R&D needs The main R&D topics are grouped in 7 areas, The main R&D topics are grouped in 7 areas, 1.
