Abstract. Because of the gun comprehensive performance detection means backward, and unable to meet the maintenance and support needs, we analysis on the artillery and comprehensive index. The detection system for the breechblock and anti-recoil mechanism and aimed machine is designed. Using advanced hydraulic control technology, realize the technical indicators detection under recoil process. The performance status before repair and repair quality are completely grasped. It s proved in the application this system runs stably and reliably. Intorduction The importance of arming servicing and safeguard is showed more obvious and the demand is higher along with the development of armoring equipment and the increasing of training content, demand and intensity. The comprehensive performance statement in the process of training affects the firing precision and impression directly and affects the training impression. The traditional gun test is testing the simple dynamic performance applying manpower recoil based on the stable test such as observing whether the recoil is located and the breech is open But the dynamic indexes such as speed, time, force are without a moment s thought which makes the problems of servicing quality continuous incase the training intensity and difficulty is increased. That affects the forming and using of arming battle effectiveness and safeguard force. So the actual gun technical state inspecting method and inspecting mode are needed to change to fulfill the press for grasping the arming technical condition nicely. This paper achieves the comprehensive performance test for tank gun system technical indexes taking a certain tank gun system as carrier. 1. The parameters confirmed and the test theory The breech and recoil mechanism are the important parts of gun. The parts will fray with the using of breech, the clearance will change and that can influence the normal function in the situation of severity. The breech opening speed and canister taking out speed are the comprehensive indexes which reflect the driving effecting and fray situation. Recoil time and recoil speed are the comprehensive indexes which reflect the recoil mechanism. By testing the indexes, the fray condition, shank and recoil haulm of recoil mechanism can be reflected. The best project is testing the indexes in the firing environment. But the feasible blue print to obtain the technical indexes in the situation of non-ball firing is simulating the ball firing environment realistically and test the indexes to insure the authenticity of tested data. The thought of simulating gun ball firing dynamic recoil process using manpower recoil by outside force is brought forward firstly. The artillery body is driven to recoil by the force of manpower recoil hydraulic pressure crock and control the recoil distance. All rights reserved. Design of the system hardware Testing and controlling system makes up by the sensors, journey switches, electric relay, data collection cell and control cell. The system is used to control and afford work electrical source for hydraulic pressure station and hydraulic pressure crock and offer the data collection, control, progress and show results functions for the parameters such as recoil time, recoil speed, releasing tubes of speed, unlocking speed, etc. 2.1 Sensors Sensors are used to acquire the signals such as displacement and pressure, etc. And control the journey of hydraulic cylinder after sending to the host computer, mainly included of line displacement sensor, pressure pick-up, photo electricity sensor, laser sensor and force sensor, etc. 2.2 Data collection cell The data collection cell is composed by A/D conversion, microcontroller and communication gap. It is needed to enlarge the exterior FLASH to storage the collected data and program for collecting data in the situation of conjoint with PC machine[1]. A/D module is the antilog input interface, which achieves the function of the measured signals changing to the digital signals. The all-purpose A/D conversion CMOS chip must be chosen to make the collection system much more agility and practicality. AD is used in the collection system which is a kind of much input range 10bitsmodulus conversion having 15V voltage source and 0~10V and -5 ~+5V ranges. The microcontroller controls CMOS chip with CY7C of CYPRESS company which integrates up 8051, USB data transceiver, three 8 bites I/O, 16 bites address line and 8 bites data line. As to the driver module controlled by the single chip computer, to be able to realize to hold the dynamic regulation of the artificial recoil speed, satisfy tile simulation environment of dynamic testing, the triode and the field effect transistor component etc can be used as the switch. The designed drive circuit is shown as Fig.2.

The input signal line is introduced by DATA, one foot is the ground wire, and the others are signal lines. The composing of circuitry of single chip and periphery is shown as Fig The software design Based on the hardware, we make full use of LabWindows/CVI virtual instruments development environment and powerful library functions to program the detection and evaluation system software[2][3]. Main dispatcher s module is responsible for disposing the measuring function of every subsystem, inquiring history, record data, transferring the corresponding points of system testing module according to equipping the need at present. Divide the system testing module and measure every technical indicator synthetically, and will measure the result to write into the corresponding database. It is getting corresponding instead of the movement function of measuring function or needing that the ones that will test the module and will be imported to the entry variable determining will wait to measure the project. While testing, when reach the condition of testing of the index, the procedure judges according to the terms, transfer the relevant function of testing, finish the test of this project, or transfer relevant movement function, do further movements in order to test the condition needed. The procedure is shown as Fig.4. The test initialization module is used to create a comprehensive database, inquire database, and determine the tasks. The test function calling module is used to make the test items correspond to the test function or active function. The detection module is used to detect every parameter. The data communication module responses to the task s confirmed asked of control platform, and prompt the user to do operation with the dialog box. The evaluation module determines different levels process, according to the basic elements and the logical relationship of different levels evaluation model. The Interface of the software is showed in Fig5.

Summary The detection method of dynamic recoil has solved the problem of obtaining and measurement of the comprehensive performance index of the gun, to afford the understanding and maintaining qualification of quality to offer the terms for cannon overall systematic health status. The designed detection system has improved the maintenance of the cannon greatly, ensured the equip performance. Its quickly speed and high efficiency of test gets abundant affirmation and favorable comment of tile repair element of the army.
