With the development of infrared missile guidance system fleetly, the simulation plays more and more important role in the integrated testing of infrared missile guidance system, because it is a key technology to shorten manufacture period and to advance efficiency-cost ratio. This paper designs hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of infrared guidance system, including: the simulation modeling of kinematics equation of characteristics, the generation technology of target background and antagonistic, the key technology design of hardware and software are researched thoroughly about signal resting, their constructions are discussed in detail. Introduction With the constant improvement of the actual operational technical, weapon system in constant development, has been developed at the cost and cycle of growth. The pros and cons of weapon system in principle application close to use conditions to determine the range of experiment, but missile flight testing is a one-off, and expensive [1-3]. Thus, system simulation becomes missile system is being developed in one of the most economic and effective means. In this paper, building a virtual channel, by constructing hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of infrared seeker, the virtual instrument technology, the application of Lab-VIEW, achieve guidance signal s testing and simulation of infrared missile control and guide system, which lay a solid foundation for the implementation of the infrared guidance missile training equipment. Though receiving infrared signal reflects the reference signal and error signal and sound signal about missile in the virtual channel, and then complete the simulation testing that the guidance system of infrared guidance missile is relative to the target signal [4-7]. The structure and function of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system The structure of simulation system. The simulation of infrared missile guidance system can be divided into two categories: one is mathematical; the other is the hardware-in-the-loop simulation that is, combined with the mathematical model, leading the physical of missile guidance system having been designed into simulation loop. Seeing that it is run in real time, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation more reflects the real system. Fidelity is refers to being able to realistically replicate each guidance control process of shooting range test and blocking effect in hardware-in-the-loop simulation, degree of confidence is refers to the confidence level of simulation results compared with the real emission situation [8, 9]. In order to improve the degree of confidence and fidelity of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system, it should make as many as possible of objects involving in the simulation system. And when the software or hardware does a small amount of change, this system can be applied to different types, mainly to solve the key technology and implementation method is as follows resemble the spectral characteristics of infrared target radiation source in order to properly simulation this changes of target characteristics with distance and azimuth angle, target characteristics must use process control as a continuous variation in a certain shape, size and strength, so that can simulate the relative motion of missile-target. The infrared target simulator is usually divided into two kids, that is mechanical and array type. Mechanical type achieves the Angle s rotation of the target through controlling the rotation of the optical display arms. Array type achieves the Angle s movement of the target by controlling the rotation of the week type lens. Due to infrared guidance system is used to intercept the close target or make using of terminal guidance, in this case, the target what is tested by seeker is having the physical characteristics, cannot be handled by the point source targets. Seekers distance nearer the target, the proximity effect stronger, so the complex target model is adopted for simulation. This model requires a complete target array, which will take at least 10 reflector is controlled, and bring the function of the effect of target motion as the line of sight rotation angular velocity and the combination of the target array on the angular position into the simulation. Background simulation is radiation source simulation, can represent the radiation intensity distribution (such as weather, cloud, etc.) of the typical characteristics of background, and is used to validate identification ability of guidance system that is relative to target under the condition. The hardware design of experiment of infrared guidance missile testing The hardware design of experiment of infrared guidance missile testing is divided into mechanical part and electrical part design. Mechanical part design that is the design of infrared guidance missile detection simulation system (hereinafter referred to as infrared detection simulation system). Its main function is used to check the error signal, reference signal and control signal of infrared guidance missile, and determine whether the guidance system of infrared guidance missile is normal, to test whether various signal correctly, finally realize testing and fault diagnosis of the guidance system of infrared guidance missile. Mechanical part is mainly consist of simulation control unit, infrared target source, missile rack installation and detection control circuit. Electrical part design is done by detection control circuit and cables. Detection control circuit what is consist of missile driver circuit, detection circuit and target control circuit, is used to drive the missile, control target s motion and detect error signal, sound signal, reference signal and control signal. To detect and drive electrical signal between detection of the tank (equipped with computers, monitors, Lab-VIEW card and detection cable), missile part installation and target source, uses cables to transmit. This design also can be applied to other types of infrared missile universal detection cables. The software design of infrared guidance missile test training Controlled the target s relative motion, console of the center missile enables testing center based on cloud image grid can capture the effective signal; according to the target relative to the missile s nine special position (center, up and down about two different radius or so), and display the signal waveform after processing on the testing platform, then compare and analyze with guidance principle. Platform can show all kinds of signal data when the missile works, such as the reference signal one, reference signal two and error signal and sound signal, etc. We can begin a circuit design of all kinds of target phase point after choosing, as follow (figure 2) as the line interface display about the reference signal 1 of the target phase point 5. Mala adjustment Angle is proportional to the amplitude of outputting error signal; azimuth Angle is proportional to the initial phase of outputting error signal. Target image point what is relative to the optical axis in modulation disk position, is a corresponding relation with the target in real space position. When the target deviate from the optical axis and is located in the lower right of the optical axis, the target image point what is relative to the optical axis falls on the upper left of the modulation disk; on the contrary, When the target deviate from the optical axis and is located in the upper left of the optical axis, the target image point what is relative to the optical axis falls on the lower right of the modulation disk. So the location of the image point in the modulation disk can reflect the location of the target relative to the aircraft guidance weapon. Conclusions This paper mainly aims at some problems what happened in the process of seeker s inspection and maintenance about infrared guidance missile, according to the working principle of infrared seeker and existing equipment, then designs the testing training equipment of infrared guidance missile s seeker. By combining the hardware and software, experiments show that the equipment can drive infrared seeker to work that enables seeker tracking infrared target source and producing a deflection. In Lab-VIEW to construct a virtual channel can be intuitive, accurate to detect the signals generated by the seeker to detect target. The equipment what simulations various signals and technical indicators produced when the missile checks and tracks target, makes us clear working process and principle of infrared guidance missile. The equipment has a broad development space, by the data s cross linking with other simulation training system, so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of simulation system of actual combat training.
