They bent over backwards to accomate me instead of just trying to get the job done. It was more important them to get the job done to my liking. The system cost was very competitive and the installation was smooth and professional. We are so happy that we installed solar, and that we picked this company. They did everything they promised they would do in a timely manner. They are very professional and user friendly. Prompt, reliable and great communication each step in the process! From the first call to Sunbridge Solar I knew that I could work with them to install a first rate solar electric system. PGE was a little slow to change the meter but it works great. Jun 11, 2017 Sunbridge Solar exceed my expectations in every way and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about going solar. As someone who reached out to five different companies, I can positively say they supplied the best customer service and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I am very happy with all of their services that they provided. I am happy with their solar products. Working with Sunbrige Solar was the best. Mike Muchmore came in told me exactly what I would get. How much my panels could produce. And the price no hidden fees. The installing crew was great. You would never know they were there everything cleaned up. I've had my panels 2 years and only paid the basic... did an amazing job of describing the different types of solar systems that were available and helping me choose. I feel great knowing that we have the best system our house and it's location. This company is fantastic. If you are even remotely thinking of getting Solar, DO IT. These guys are the absolute best, hands down. We started thinking about solar and within 30 days we were watching the energy roll in. They are fast! Newberg, OR Dec 30, 2016 I invited bids from three solar installation companies that Cowlitz PUD said did the most installations in the county. Sunbridge was easily the most professional of the companies. Even thought one of the other companies made a bid that was slightly lower, I choose Sunbridge because of Mike Muchmore... Sunbridge Solar was very good and they provided excellent service. I am very happy with the way they executed the project. Sunbridge Solar has installed two solar systems us. They were helpful, knowledgeable, professional and exceeded our expectations throughout the process. We have the highly recommended them to our friends. There is not a better solar installation firm out there. did great job. I was very satisfied with the professional work they did and how they did it on time. The job was installed quickly and professionally and passed all inspections with flying colors. They left the work site very clean also. I enjoyed working with the Sunbridge Solar team. The project went as planned even with the normal Oregon fall weather trying to rain the guys off the roof. Oct 06, 2016 Among several bids, Sunbridge offered the best installation at the lowest price. The staff worked professionally and handed off work to one another without problems. My roof structure required additional engineering evaluation which was done without additional charge. Friendly, quality service with a great product. I would've really appreciated a phone call from them personally to take a survey. A follow up from Mike Muchmore would have meant so much more to me than to do these surveys. Nothing but positive comments about Sunbridge! SunBridge Solar did an awesome job me. They were very honest about what the expected permance would be, which by the way has been very good. I love that they also contribute to solar projects in disadvantaged areas as a means of giving back. They didn't take very long to finish to the project. The installation crew was pleasant. They didn't leave a mess and it was a professional job. THE Go to guys Solar in this area. Knowledgeable & Very helpful. Even the electrician was cooperative on the details of this particular install. I am very pleased with their work. Very professional and prompt to respond to questions. Everything the first salesperson said came true. All of the inmation that we received from them, including that first postcard we got in the mail, came true in the end.
