Phoenix, AZ My windows were installed on the day we agreed on, but someone ordered the wrong size window in my living room and had to reorder it. That process took an additional seven weeks. Upon installing that window the crew left it marked up with finger prints and dirty. They got to fix the broken safety... The whole experience was timely and as promised. We did not have any issues that were not addressed the day of and rectified as quickly as possible. The whole team (from sales to completion) were easy to deal with and very proactive. They went through all the steps of the process and adhered to them. They delivered and installed the windows within the time frame given. It was an easy process with them and they always kept me in the loop of what was happening with the order... Lifetime did a great job. They provided good quality windows at a great price and the crew did a great job with the install. It only took a half day as they brought more people than anticipated and did a good job walking through and addressing any concerns. Would recommend! Lifetime Windows...
