- 1 LH Column - 1 RH Column - 1 B2B (Back to Back) Connector - 4 M8 x 12mm Button Head Screws Attach the B2B Connector to the LH & RH Column using the M8 x 12mm Button Head Screws that are provided.

(as shown in the image to the left.) Repeat this step for the other side of the bench.

2 - 1 LH Column - 1 RH Column - 1 B2B (Back to Back) Connector - 4 M8 x 12mm Button Head Screws Attach the B2B Connector to the LH & RH Column using the M8 x 12mm Button Head Screws that are provided. The B2B Connector will fit over the tap pads that are welded onto the columns. The large openings on the B2B connector will face towards the inside and the tapped holes will face down. (as shown in the image to the left.) Repeat this step for the other side of the bench. - The assembled parts from step 1-1 Cable Tray - 4 M6 x 8mm Washer Head Screws Attach the cable tray to the bottom side of B2B Connectors using the M6 x 8mm Washer Head Screws that are provided. There will be 2 holes on each connector that will accept these screws. Install the cable tray with the L cutout to the left side of the bench and install any additional benches to the right in the same sequence.

3 - 1 Cable Tray - 2 Power Block Supports - 8 M6 x 8mm Washer Head Screws - 8 M6 Nuts Align the Power Block Supports on top of the holes in the Cable Tray. Fasten the Power Block Supports using the M6 screws inside the tray and the M6 Nuts underneath the tray. This step can be done before the Cable Tray is attached to the B2B Connectors in step 2 as well. - The assembled parts from step 3-2 Electric Power Blocks - 8 M4 x 20mm Screws Attach the Electric Power Blocks on top of the Power Block Supports by lining the holes up and fastening them down with the M4 x 20mm Screws. * Notice the orientation of the Electric Power Blocks in relation to the L cutout on the left. The Electric Power Blocks are offset slightly so you need to make sure they are installed in this orientation. (the orange plugs in the image to the left and below show the offset) Top View

4 - The assembled parts from step 4-1 Cable Tray Cover The Cable Tray Cover simply sets in place inside the Cable Tray. The cutouts will line up with the pre-installed Electric Power Blocks. You need to make sure that the L cutout on the Cover is lined up on the same side as the Tray. See the image to the left for more detail. - The assembled parts from the previous steps EITHER - 2 J-Rails & 2 Top Supports - 2 M6 x 12mm Countersink Screws per Top Support and 6 M6 x 12mm Socket Head Screws per J-Rail. OR - 2 Independent Brackets - 6 M6 x 12mm Socket Head Screws per Independent Bracket M6 x 12mm Countersink Screws M6 x 12mm Socket Head Screws The above quantities are listed for 1 side of the bench. The image to the left should help show 1 side of the bench with J-Rails & Top Supports and the other side with 2 Independent Brackets. The M6 x 12mm Socket Head Screws can be seen coming off the side by the Independent Bracket and the M6 x 12mm Countersink Screws can be seen coming off the end of the Top Support.

Side by Side Connector s & Side by Side Connectors s will be used on the ends of any Benching Pack. The s attach by snapping around the Back to Back Connectors.

5 Side by Side Connector s & Side by Side Connectors s will be used on the ends of any Benching Pack. The s attach by snapping around the Back to Back Connectors. Side by Side Connectors are used to connect one Back to Back Bench to another. These are installed by simply placing them over top of the Back to Back Connectors and the Cable Tray. See images to the left and below for more detail. Side by Side Connector
