5 V7 CHARGE CART ELECTRICAL PARTS REPLACEMENT PDU Replacement! Unplug the cart from the wall socket before starting any work 1. Open rear doors. Unscrew the two thumb screws on the left. Remove 2 thumb screws 2. Remove the three screws of the left panel with a Phillips head screwdriver * Make sure you keep all the screws in a secure place and mark with side panel Remove 3 screws 1

6 Slide out side panel 3. Find the PDU you want to change, hold the PDU with one hand while using a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the two screws on each side of the PDU * Make sure you keep all the screws in a secure place and mark with PDU Remove 2 screws Remove 2 screws 2

7 4. Unscrew the two thumb screws and open the cover at the bottom, unplug all PDU plugs 5. Replace with the new PDU by following previous steps in reverse order. 3

8 Timer PDU Replacement! Unplug the cart from the wall socket before starting any work 1. Open rear doors. Unscrew the two thumb screws on the left. Remove 2 thumb screws 2. Remove the three screws of the left panel with a Phillips head screwdriver * Make sure you keep all the screws in a secure place and mark with side panel Remove 3 screws 4

9 Slide out side panel 4. Unscrew the two circuit breaker screws and pull out all wires. Unbolt grounding wire with hex bolt wrench Grounding Wire Circuit Breaker Wires 5

10 6 4. Unscrew the two thumb screws and open the cover at the bottom, unscrew the 4 screws of the PDU timer and remove PDU timer 5. Replace with the new PDU timer by following previous steps in reverse order.

11 LED Panel Replacement! Unplug the cart from the wall socket before starting any work 1. Open rear doors. Unscrew the two thumb screws on the left. Remove 2 thumb screws 2. Remove the three screws of the left panel with a Phillips head screwdriver * Make sure you keep all the screws in a secure place and mark with side panel Remove 3 screws 7

12 Slide out side panel 3. Unscrew the screws of the LED Panel using an L shape screwdriver. 4. Remove the LED Panel cable from the terminal block. Remove LED panel cable from terminal block 5. Replace with the new LED Panel by following previous steps in reverse order. 8

13 Breaker Switch Replacement! Unplug the cart from the wall socket before starting any work 1. Open rear doors. Unscrew the two thumb screws on the left. Remove 2 thumb screws 2. Remove three screws of the left panel with a Phillips head screwdriver * Make sure you keep all the screws in a secure place and mark with side panel Remove 3 screws 9

14 Slide out side panel 1. Unscrew all screws on the input port and output port with a Philips screwdriver, and pull out the cables 10

15 2. Unscrew grounding screw with hex bolt wrench Grounding Wire 3. Remove Circuit Breaker by sliding up and off the rail 11

16 12 4. Install new circuit breaker by sliding circuit breaker down on rail and follow previous steps in reverse order.

17 HANDLE LOCK REPLACEMENT 1. Open the door of the charge cart, you will see the steel rod on the back side of the right door. Unscrew the center screw with a Phillips head screwdriver, then pull out the steel rod from the top and bottom side hole. Remove spacers. Pull steel rods from the holes at the top and bottom 2. Remove plate by unscrewing the screws with a Phillips head screwdriver. 13

18 3. Slide out the lock and replace with new lock 4. Replace spacers one by one, in the order shown below Follow previous steps in reverse order to re-install lock 14

19 CASTER REPLACEMENT! Caution: The cart is heavy and should only be lifted by two people. Caster replacement set includes the following: 2 - casters with brakes 2 - casters without brakes 4 - screws (in case you can t re-use any of the screws previously on the cart) Directions 1. Place padding (blanket or bubble wrap) on the floor next to the cart to protect it. 2. Lay the charge cart on the padding on its side. Again, please use caution and take your time when placing it down. 3. Unscrew the screws that secure the casters to the bottom of the charge cart with a Phillips screw driver and replace the old casters with new one. 15
