We suggest having a qualified instructor carefully inspect your airplane before its first flight.please carefully read and follow all instructions included with this airplane,your radio control system and any other components purchased separately.
2 Adjustment of the elevator,be sure it can work perfectly. AILERON (with servos), Adjustment of the aileron and flap,be sure they can work perfectly. ELEVATOR 0mm Top view 0mm 0mm channel radio for aiplane is highly recommended for this model. 0mm AILERON AILERON Position for right diagram. 7 9 Adjustment of the rudder, be sure it can work perfectly. Increase the setting if necessary.if it is too high,you may damage the film. Warning Remove the covering with proper pressure to cut through only the covering itself.otherwise, cutting down into the balsa structure may weaken the model part and cause accident. 3 0 Assemble the scale wheels to the model throught the rod shaft. Fix the cockpit to the fuselage through the holes applied in the fuselage via screws. Ply (mm) Rod (.5x00mm) TP Screw (.xmm) Ply (mm) Pin hinge(.5x7mm) TP Screw (.xmm) Collar (.5mm) PVC Wheel (50mm) PVC Nut (mm ) Washer (xmm) Screw (xmm) LockNut(5mm) Apply instant type AB glue to appropriate position in the trailing edge and assemble the ailerons to them. Servo tray(70x5xmm) Screw (x0mm) Control horn mm Securely glue together. If coming off during flights, you 'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! Fix the undercarriage to the fuselage with gear plates and TP screws. Glue the dummy exhaust to the appropriate position in the cowl as illustration. Apply instant type AB glue to appropriate position of the aileron and pivot & round hinges. Insert the pivot & round hinges to the ailerons. Pin hinge(.5x7mm) Install the aileron servo to the servo mount as illustration below. TP Screw (.xmm) Make sure hinges are mounted in the same line. 5 Epoxy the shot gun to appropriate position in the cockpit. Assemble the cowling to the fuselage with screws. 5 Keep about mm width space between the aileron and the trailing edge. Install the nylon control horn and connect the linkage. Collar Trailing edge Cut away the rubber tube when the epoxy glue dried. TP Screw (.xmm) Nut Aileron mm Washer xmm mm Screw x5mm Make sure they are in the right position while installing.
4 Apply instant type AB glue to the control horn and the slots in the aileron, insert the control horn to the slots as illustration. Assemble the lower wing to the fuselage. 55 Assembly of the fuel tank. Screw cable tie Spring Washer Main wing joiner (x50mm) Screw (x5mm) Washer (xmm) cable tie cable tie Screw (x5mm) Washer (xmm) 7 The standard sketch map when the kit install completion. 57 Mount the receiver and battery to appropriate position in the fuselage. 59 Assemble the rubber bands around the landing gear,put the rod shaft through the slots in the aluminum plate and the holes in the wood plate as illustration. Make sure to glue securely. If not properly glued, a failure in flight may occur. Securely glue together.if coming off during flights, you'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! Temporarily fasten down the main wing and check its correct position. 5 9 Install the engine mount tubes to the fuselage,lock them from inside of the fuselage. 5 The sketch map when the engine install completion. 0 Assemble the upper wings together through the main wing joinner and dowels. Adjust the wing strut between the upper wing and lower wing, epoxy the wing skids to slots in the upper wings. Screw (x5mm) Washer(xmm) Screw (x5mm) Washer(xmm) Securely glue together. If coming off during flights, you 'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! 50 Assemble the engine to the fuselage via the engine mount tubes and screws. 5 Install the servo of the throttle. The sketch map when the upper wing assemble completion. Epoxy the wing skids to slots in the lower wing. Assemble the wing strut as illustration. 5 Fix the wing struts to the appropriate position between the upper wings and lower wings. 6 Fix the wing strut tightly between the upper wings and fuselage. Epoxy the stabilizer to the fuselage as illustration. Assemble the rudder servo to the fuselage. The front view once the engine install completion. Rudder servo Nut mm Screw (xmm) Washer (xmm) Elevator servo Screw (xmm) Washer (xmm) Please adjust to the right position before epoxy the stabilizers into the slots in the fuselage! 7 The sketch map when the wings assemble completion. 9 Epoxy the vertical fin to the fuselage as illustration. 5 The standard sketch map when the wings and stabilizer install completion. Make sure to glue securely. If not properly glued, a failure in flight may occur. Securely glue together.if coming off during flights, you'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! Temporarily fasten down the main wing and check its correct position. Insert the pivot & round hinges to the elevator. Drill four holes at the diameters as shown for engine mount. 7 The sketch map of the steel wires work for the stabilizer. The sketch map of the pushrods for the rudder in the fuselage. Epoxy the "U'style metal wire to the holes applied in the elevators steadily. Keep about mm width space between the elevators and the stabilizers. 5 Epoxy the control horn to slots offered in the elevator. Lock the linkage to the control horn in the rudder with screws and nut. Assemble the linkage rods for elevator Trailing edge Cut away the rubber tube when the epoxy glue dried. Elevator Nut (mm) Washer (xmm) mm Screw x0mm Make sure they are in the right position while installing. 0 Assemble the linkage rods for rudder Asseble the linkage to the servo of the rudder. Screw (x0mm) Assemble the elevators to the stabilizers via pivot & round hinges. The sketch map of the pushrods for the elevator in the fuselage. Washer(xmm) Lock Nut (mm ) Elevator wooden pushrods Securely glue together. If coming off during flights, you 'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! Lock the linkage to the control horn with screw and nut as below. 5

TP Screw (xmm) Washer(xmm) Steel wire (0.5x50mm) 5 Epoxy the pivot & round hinges to the rudder,drill holes to appropriate position in the rudder and assemble the tail landing gear to it as shown. Tail wheel (5mm) Pivot&round hinge(.5xmm) lock the linkage to the control horn with screw and nut. mm m 50m Install the tail landing gear. Keep some space about mm width between the rudder and tail edge. Assemble the stabilizer strut to the fuselage and the stabilizer as illustration. Washer(xmm) Trailing edge Lock Nut (mm ) Collar aluminium plate Tail landing gear(mm) TP Screw (xmm) Cut away the rubber tube when the epoxy glue dried. Rudder Washer (xmm) mm Collar Collar Nut mm Screw (x0mm) Steel wire Make sure they are in the right position while installing. 9 Assemble the servo of elevator to the fuselage. According to the illustration below bend the tail landing gear wire and cut off the surplus part. Aluminum tube 7 Drim holes to appropriate position in the vertical fin and epoxy the rudder to the fuselage. Connect the steel wire between the vertical fin and the stabilizer. Screw (x0mm) 0mm Steel wire 50mm Screw (x0mm) Securely glue together. If coming off during flights, you 'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! 7
