(The people under years old is forbidden from flying this model) First-time builders should seek advice from people having building experience.if misused or abused,it can cause serious bodily injury and damage to property. Fly only in open areas and preferably at a dedicated R/C flying site. We suggest having a qualified instructor carefully inspect your airplane before its first flight.please carefully read and follow all instructions included with this airplane,your radio control system and any other components purchased separately.
2 (with 9 servos), channel radio for aiplane is highly recommended for this model. : 0 - cycle " Spinner nut 5"x7 Apply epoxy glue. Warning Remove the covering with proper pressure to cut through only the covering itself.otherwise, cutting down into the balsa structure may weaken the model part and cause accident. Pre-cover the covering with clean cloth! Start at low setting. Increase the setting if necessary.if it is too high,you may damage the film. The pre-covered film on ARF kits may wrinkle due to variations of temperature.smooth out as explained right. with cover(cloth) Iow setting
3 Assemble the aileron to main wing with instant type CA glue. Retainer Rod (x00mm) TP Screw (.xmm) Screw (x5mm) Servo tray(.5x5.5xmm) Wooden Block(0x0xmm) Pin hinge(xmm) Washer(x5mm) Lock Nut (mm ) Washer(x5mm) Securely glue together. If coming off during flights, you 'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! Apply instant type CA glue to aileron and pin hinge. Install the servo as the illustration below. Pin hinge(xmm) Make sure hinges are mounted in the same line. Keep some space about mm width between aileron and trailing edge. 5 Install the nylon control horn and connect the linkage. 4 Secure the servo.install the nylon control horn and connect the linkage. Assemble the flap servo to the main wing with screws. 75 Adjustment of the rudder to make sure it can work perfectly. 7 Adjustment of the elevator to make sure they can work perfectly. 5 7 Install the wheel to the fixed landing gear. Epoxy main wings to the centre wing by main wing joiners. Connect the two flaps with metal wire,keep some space between them and epoxy the pinned hinges to the flaps as below. 6 Secure the servo.install the nylon control horn and connect the linkage. 9 Drill holes in the fuselage for installing the wings. Epoxy the exhaust to the cowling from lnner. 7 Epoxy plies under the canopy and assemble the canopy to fuselage with screw. Retainer Rod (x00mm) Lock Nut (mm ) mm 0mm TP Screw (.xmm) Washer(x5mm) Washer mm Screw (x5mm).5mm TP Screw (.xmm) Ply (5x5xmm) 7 Trim two holes to pull the servo extension lines and fuel tube from the holes. 0 Drill holes in the appropriate position through the wing to fuselage,set blind nut in the fuselage. 5 Epoxy the plies under the cowing in fuselage and assemble the cowing to fuselage with TP screw. Epoxy the PVC decoration parts to appropriate position between the fuselage an s illustration. Blind Nut (mm) 7.mm Blind Nut.5mm TP Screw (.xmm) 00mm Center line 50mm 0mm 00mm TP Screw (.xmm) Ply (5x5xmm) Epoxy the dowel on the leading edge of wing. Put the reinforcement plate on the holes and fix the wings to the fuselage with screws as illustration. Trim the canopy along the shaded line. 9 Epoxy the decoration parts to appropriate position in the fuselage as below. Wood dowel (x50mm) Screw(x50mm) mm 0mm Reinforcement Plate Screw(x50mm)
7 59 Install the rudder servo. Connect the electric retract & receiver as illustration below. Trim the shaded portion covering off the mid wing carefully. Assemble the wheel and the baffle to the landing gear. 5 Cut away the film on the position for the air retract landing and epoxy the wheel house to relevant position. Canopy TP Screw (.xmm) Ply (5x5xmm) Exhaust 0 0 LockNut(mm) inside Decoration Decoration Appropriate position Note:rubber wheels oleo struts and retracts are optional. The sketch map when the servos install completion. Mount the receiver and the battery in the fuselage. Trim the cowling along the shaded line. Cut off the surplus PVC part carefully along the shaded line Cut the shaded portion away from the available pin hinges and enlarge the holes as below. 8 7 Assemble one part of the pin hinge to the baffle with screw as illustration. 9 Apply instant type CA glue to elevator and pin hinge. 5 Connecting the elevator servo and the elevator. 5 Drill small holes to appropriate position in the rudder and the fuselage as below, epoxy the plastical tube to the hole in the fuselage. 9 Assemble the nose wheel. 5 Assemble the steeling fullarm around the landing gear. Epoxy the stabilizer to the fuselage steadly. 5 Drill holes to the relevant position in the tailing edge and epoxy the rudder to them. Make sure to glue securely. If not properly glued, a failure in flight may occur. Securely glue together.if coming off during flights, you'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! Temporarily fasten down the main wing and check its correct position.
