8 Phase Beam Assembly KINEX Installation Guide SINGLE RUN (If there is power block option selected, recommend to install it to beam first before assembling the beam to frame.) See Phase 6 for power block assembly Adjust stretcher frame depending on the beam length selected. Slot beam into column bracket as in diagram below. Screw in M6*8 screws to secure beam. 11 Phase 6 Electrical - 4 Circuit KINEX Installation Guide SINGLE RUN Install the 4-circuit brackets into the beam. There are pre-threaded holes ready. Use the machine screws provided in the package for operation. 4-circuit with 4-duplex power block. 15 Accessory Screen Clip Assembly KINEX Installation Guide SINGLE RUN Slide in screen bracket to the worksurface with the knob facing downwards. The brackets come in a pair of right & left. Slide in screen to the screen bracket. 4 Position the screen in the middle of the worksurface then rotate knob to secure screen bracket to worksurface. 23 Phase 4 Stretcher Bars and Cantilever Assembly KINEX Installation Guide DOUBLE RUN Adjust stretcher frame depending on the beam length selected. Drop in beam into the slot on the cross beam. If there is electrical accessories, please install it into the beam first before securing the beam to the frame. Screw in M6*8 screws to secure beam. There should be 4 screws per side. If there is no screen clip required, just cover the holes with the screen clip covers. Install the cross beam covers. Cover the hole with the cross beam side cover. 30 Screen Clip Assembly (Accessory) KINEX Installation Guide DOUBLE RUN 4 Remove beam screen clip hole cover. Screw in M6*0 screen clip screw into position. Do not tighten fully, leave about 4mm clearance. Insert screen clip into position. Slide screen clip into position to secure it, then tighten screw fully. Position screen in the middle and drop it into clip.
