FIELD CUT RAILS TO FIT FULL LENGTH OF WALL Begin fixture installation by mounting support rails. Chalk a level line above ceiling along full length of wall for positioning. Place bottom edge of support rail on chalk line and fasten to wall with drywall screws. Mount support rails to wall by inserting spline keys between rail ends as each length is added. Slide and rotate cover at fixture housing. 7 Install all system connectors (shipped separately). After system connector installation has been completed replace all driver covers and attach plenum end caps (refer to last step of corner kit installation). Drywall ceiling only SPLINE RUNNER SHIPPED IN 48" LENGTHS FIELD CUT TO SUIT FULL LENGTH OF OPENING LOCKING SCREW FINISHED EDGE OF DRYWALL CEILING THREADED INSERT Peel off adhesive backing on bottom of spline runners and attach to top surface of drywall flush with finished edge as shown above. 3 ANGLE FOR "R" POSITION ONLY Bring fixture into ceiling opening and hook onto support rail, turn leveling until fixture is level. 3 4 Thread #83 x '' long locking screws into each weldnut approximately /4''until fixture is level. Grid ceilings only TBAR CLIPS FOR USE IN GRID CEILINGS TO ALIGN SIDES OF S CENTRALLY POSITION ROW OF S ALONG WALL GUY WIRE (IF NECESSARY) Snap Tbar clips over Tbars until they engage bottom hem of fixture. Two clips are required for 4'', 36'', and 48'' length fixtures and three clips for 7'' and 96'' length fixtures. 7. MAIN TBAR Centrally locate row of fixtures within the space. The space between the ends of the fixtures and opposite walls will be filled in with the system connectors. Use guy wires if necessary. REMOVED DRIVER COVER MAKE WIRE CONNECTIONS BWO SHOWN Make electrical connections in the fixture wireway and row mount each fixture together with () 83 x 3/8'' long machine screws and nuts. litecontrol.com techsupport@litecontrol.com 9(a). 9(b). S POSITION INSTALLATION S POSITION INSTALLATION R POSITION INSTALLATION For "S" Position: Fixtures with BWO (baffle with overlay) or SGL diffuser are installed by lifting and shifting into lamp opening and seating on hems. For BWO, install SGL first then install baffle. For "R" Position: Fixtures with SGL diffuser are installed by lifting and shifting lens onto diffuser wall angles. SGL are shipped separately in 96'' lengths and run full length of opening. A separate 4'' length piece has been provided for field cutting to suit any extra opening in row. 5 of 7

Insert ends of trimmed Uangle and secure with () Uclips. extension shield into bottom hem of housing, slide up against wall and secure shield to Uangle with a Uclip. Tuck trimmed edge of filler plate into bottom flange of the joiner strap and secure to Uangle with dart fasteners. For "R" position diffusers only EXTENSION SHIELD Plenum End Cap END OF ROW 83 HEX NUTS ANGLE PLUG BUTTON 83 x 3/8" MACHINE SCREWS Extension shields can be slided up against adjacent fixture housing and secured with one Uclip. Tuck trimmed edge of filler plates into bottom Uangle with dart fasteners (see illustration above). TRIMMED DOUBLE SIDED TAPE Trim extra piece of diffuser wall angle and apply double sided tape to back surface. Press wall angle onto extension shield in line with diffuser angle of fixture. "R" Position lenses are supplied in () 4'' long mitred pieces per corner. These lenses are sawcut to fit remaining opening after the 96'' length fixture lenses are installed.
