3 SURFACE ADHESIVE MOUNT 1 Insert lens into channel, measure, and cut to length Remove lens cover from channel Prepare mounting and apply construction adhesive Apply channel to construction adhesive and allow to cure Attach lens cover and end caps

4 SURFACE SCREW MOUNT 1 Insert lens into channel, measure, and cut to length Remove lens cover from channel Drill mounting holes through channel Screw channel through pre-drilled holes directly into mounting Attach lens cover and end caps

5 RECESSED ADHESIVE MOUNT 1 Create recessed opening in mounting Insert lens into channel, measure, and cut to length Prepare mounting and then apply construction adhesive Attach end caps, apply channel to construction adhesive, and allow to cure Attach lens cover

6 RECESSED SCREW MOUNT 1 Create recessed opening in mounting Insert lens into channel, measure, and cut to length Remove lens cover from channel and drill mounting holes through channel Attach end caps and screw channel through pre-drilled holes directly into recessed mounting Attach lens cover

7 RECESSED SPRING CLIP MOUNT 1 Create recessed opening in mounting Insert lens into channel, measure, and cut to length Remove lens cover, feed spring clips through back of channel, and tighten set screws Attach end caps and install LED strip into channel Insert channel into opening with spring clips compressed and then allow clips to release and clasp Attach lens cover

8 SURFACE ANGLED CLIP MOUNT 1 Insert lens into channel, measure, and cut to length Remove lens cover from channel Screw mounting clips into mounting Snap channel into mounting clips Attach lens cover and end caps

9 RECESSED INGRADE MOUNT 1 Create recessed opening in mounting Insert lens into channel, measure, and cut to length Attach end caps and install LED strip into channel Prepare mounting and then apply appropriate adhesive Apply channel to adhesive and allow to cure Attach lens cover with silicone adhesive

10 CABLE SUSPENDED MOUNT (Pg. 1 of ) 1 Insert lens into channel, measure, and cut to length Remove lens cover from channel Unscrew t-screws from channel couplers and feed through slot on back of channel Attach end caps Measure ceiling and channel to determine suspension points

11 CABLE SUSPENDED MOUNT (con t) (Pg. of ) 7 Thread channel couplers back onto 8 t-screws at desired suspension points Remove t-screws from ceiling couplers and mount to ceiling with appropriate hardware 9 Thread t-screws back into ceiling couplers to suspend channel 10 Adjust height of channel by compressing end of channel coupler and adjusting cable length 11 Attach lens cover 1 If desired, clip excess suspension cable with wire cutters
