Stadium Lane, Katy, Texas October 23, 2018 RFP 1808 Printing Services and Print Shop Supplies Addendum #2: Revised Price Sheets, Added Questionnaire and Questions and Answers (Q&A) This addendum is issued to explain, modify and correct the original Request for Proposal (RFP) document. This addendum and any subsequent addenda are hereby made a part of the RFP document and related specifications. In the event of a conflict, the most recent document will govern. Please acknowledge the receipt of all addenda when submitting your qualifications packet. Replace Price Sheet Pages 17, 18 and 19 with the attached Revised Price Sheets Questionnaire is being added as attached Please include this questionnaire in your submittal. The following Q&A were addressed via All other terms, conditions and requirements of the original RFP remain the same at this time. 1- Questions arose regarding page ranges and 2 types of stock mentioned in Section 1. A revised price sheet is attached to replace the current price sheet included in the RFP. There are not two stocks listed. The 8.5 x 5.5 is the finished product. 2- Section 1 Brochure Does the brochure fold to 8.5 x 3.66? Yes 3- Newsprint is this an all or none request? No. Vendors do not have to bid on all items. 4- Oversize Printing there is not a press large enough to print a 30 x 40 size. The 30 x 40 line items price request has been removed from the price sheet. 5- Discount Section Please explain as all prices quoted are already discounted? If discounts are already included in pricing it would be a 0 discount. Comments may be added that pricing includes the discount. 6- Section 1 It mentions the stock weight but not if it s cover weight or text weight. Cover weight is listed as cover type and text weight is listed as media type. 7- Section 4 There is no mention of type of finish as in gloss, dull, or uncoated. The price sheet attached references uncoated. 8- Section 3 Manilla Folder Is this the Permanent Record Folder that prints black ink on both sides of the flat sheet, then die cut with a tab and fold? Yes
