Press the seams toward the dark side. 2. Lay out the block components as shown in the diagram. While keeping the green strips centered, play with the alignment of the black lines within the block by shifting the green and black pairs left or right. 3. Sew the pieces together. Press the seams as desired. 4. Trace the Equilateral Trimming Template with a fabric marking pen and cut along the traced lines. Press the seams toward the green. 2. Lay out the green-pink strips and green-peach strips in alternating directions as shown in the diagram. 3. Play with staggering the strips. I chose a 3 stagger. You could play with the size of the stagger or create a graduated stagger. 4. Sew the green-pink and greenpeach strip sets together to create a strip stack. Press the seams open. 5. Sew the 2 x 12 green strip on the bottom of the strip stack and sew the 4 x 5 green rectangle on the top. Press the seams toward the green. 6. Trace the Equilateral Trimming Template with a fabric marking pen and cut along the traced lines. If necessary, trace around the Equilateral Trimming Template with a fabric marking pen and cut along the traced lines.
