OFFICIAL RULES By participating in this Cmpetitin, Entrants agree t be bund by these Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER AND WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN A PRIZE. 1. Overview: Entrants can team up with a Building Buddy and build an awesme mdel that cmbines bth f yur favrite things fr a chance t be featured in the end-credits f THE LEGO MOVIE 2. Entrants need t submit a pht f themselves with their mdel and winners will be selected by THE LEGO MOVIE 2 filmmakers. 2. Spnsr: This Cmpetitin is spnsred by LEGO System A/S, Aastvej 1, 7190 Billund, Denmark. 3. Eligibility: T enter this Cmpetitin yu must be a resident f Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Blivia, Canada, Chile, Clmbia, Csta Rica, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuadr, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexic, the Netherlands, Nrway, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Pland, Russia, Singapre, Suth Krea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdm, the USA, r Uruguay. 4. Limitatins n Entry: Yu are nt eligible t enter if yu r yur Building Buddy is an emplyee, partner r immediate family member f an emplyee f the LEGO Grup r any third party cmpany r agency directly cnnected with the creatin r administratin f this Prmtin. One Entry per persn during the Entry Perid. If mre than ne Entry per participant is received during the Entry Perid, nly the first Entry will be cnsidered and later Entries will be disqualified. 4. Entry perid: Yu must submit yur Entry within the Entry Perid, which begins at 00:01 (12:01 am) July 2, 2018 Central Eurpean Time and ends 23:59 (11:59 pm) July 31, 2018 Central Eurpean Time ( Entry Perid ). Any Entries received befre r after this time shall nt be valid. 5. Hw t enter: During the Entry Perid, cmplete the fllwing steps: a) Team up with yur best Building Buddy - a friend, parent, brther r sister, cusin, neighbr, r any ther persn. The nly qualificatin is that yur Building Buddy agree t be bund by these Official Rules. b) Using LEGO bricks and ther LEGO building ty elements, build a creatin that cmbines yur tw mst favrite things in the whle wrld. These can be any tw things, as lng as they are yur favrites. Yu and yur Building Buddy may agree n the tw things, r yu may chse t build a LEGO brick creatin cmbining yur favrite thing with yur Building Buddy s favrite thing. What yu chse is up t yu and yur Building Buddy, subject t certain restrictins as nted belw. c) Take a pht including yu, yur Building Buddy, and yur creatin. d) Visit pen and print ut the submissin frm and a cpy f these Official Rules. e) Cmplete and sign the submissin frm. Be sure t include a name r title fr yur creatin. Nte that if yu r yur Building Buddy are under the age f 18, each f yu will als need t prvide the signature f a parent r legal guardian, indicating their cnsent.

The psted cntent will cnsist f the Entry phtgraph, the first names and cuntry f residence f the Entrant and the Entrant s Building Buddy, and the title f the submitted creatin. 6. Guidelines & Cntent Restrictins: Guidelines: The creatin shuld be a cmbinatin f tw f yur favrite things, as decided by yu and yur Building Buddy. Phts shuld be sht hrizntally, featuring the Entrant and the Building Buddy and their creatin in the same image. All Entries must be phtgraphed in natural daylight (n flash). If the pht gets t dark, it will be hard t see the detail in yur creatin. Please take yur pht in frnt f a plain white r ff-white backgrund t keep the visual fcus n the creatrs and creatin. Phtgraphs must be in clr and in a digital frmat. N print r film Submissins will be accepted fr entry int this Cmpetitin. Phts must be at least 3000 pixels X 2500 pixels in dimensin. The pht image must be in.jpg,.tiff r.png frmat, with a maximum file size f 25 MB. Any phts sht n a smartphne (e.g., iphne, Samsung Galaxy, Ggle Pixel, etc.) will accmmdate this size. If ing the pht frm a smartphne, please make sure t select "Actual size" r "Original size" when prmpted what size pht t attach. Only still phts shuld be submitted; n vide. D nt wear clthing that cntains any visible lgs, cpyrighted material r busy patterns which visibly distract frm yur LEGO creatin. Slid clrs r simple patterns are preferred. Bth the Entrant and the Building Buddy must be visible in the pht. Bth must be directly facing the camera, smiling with bth eyes pen. Try t avid glare in yur phts. If yu wear glasses, a slight dwnward tilt f the head/glasses shuld help reduce the glare. The Submissin cannt have been previusly published r submitted in any cmpetitin f any kind. Yur submitted pht must be accmpanied by a signed cnsent frm. The cnsent frm must indicate the cnsent f a parent r legal guardian fr anyne under the age f 18 appearing in the pht. Cntent Restrictins: The Submissin must nt cntain material that vilates r infringes anther s rights, including withut limitatin, privacy, publicity r intellectual prperty rights infringement; The Submissin must nt disparage Spnsr r any ther persn r party affiliated with the Cmpetitin; The Submissin must shw nly the Entrant s creatin, which must represent an bject which is r culd be built frm LEGO bricks and ther LEGO elements. Only genuine LEGO bricks and ther LEGO building ty elements (including LEGO DUPLO, LEGO Technic, and LEGO MINDSTORMS elements) may be used in Entrant s creatin. Entries must nt shw any identifiable feature f any persn ther than the Entrant and the Entrant s Building Buddy, r any prduct, trademark, r cpyrighted prperty f any ther persn r business entity.

6 The Submissin must nt cntain material that is inapprpriate, indecent, bscene, hateful, trtius, defamatry, slanderus r libelus; The Submissin must nt cntain material that prmtes bigtry, racism, hatred r harm against any grup r individual r prmtes discriminatin based n race, gender, religin, natinality, disability, sexual rientatin r age; and The Submissin must nt cntain material that is unlawful, in vilatin f r cntrary t the laws r regulatins in any state r prvince where Submissin is created. Minifigure figurine and ther characters: If yur Submissin will include LEGO Minifigure figurine characters r ther LEGO figurine characters, include nly characters frm the fllwing categries: The main characters frm THE LEGO MOVIE : Emmett, Wyldstyle/Lucy, Vitruvius, Benny, Gd Cp/Bad Cp, Metalbeard, Unikitty, r Lrd Business, but NOT including LEGO Batman; Characters frm any LEGO City, LEGO NINJAGO, LEGO Friends, LEGO Creatr, LEGO Classic, LEGO Nex Knights, r LEGO Elves sets; Figurines frm the LEGO Minifigures prduct line, EXCEPT fr thse based n licensed third-party prperties, such as Disney, the Simpsns, r LEGO Batman; LEGO DUPLO and LEGO Junirs characters EXCEPT fr any LEGO DUPLO characters based n any Disney, Marvel Super Heres, DC Super Heres, Jurassic Wrld r any ther third-party characters; and Any characters r figurines assciated with the LEGO Bst prduct line. Submissins featuring LEGO Minifigure figurines r ther LEGO figurines based n any licensed third-party prperties, such as Disney, Star Wars, Marvel Super Heres, DC Super Heres, Jurassic Wrld, the Simpsns, r Minecraft will be rejected. IMPORTANT NOTE ON LEGO DUPLO CREATIONS: Submissins created with LEGO DUPLO are acceptable but must cnsist f nly LEGO DUPLO elements. Submissins made up f LEGO DUPLO elements cmbined with standard-size LEGO elements will be rejected. 7. Intellectual Prperty: By uplading yur Submissin yu are granting t the Spnsr a ryalty-free, irrevcable, perpetual (r fr the entire term f duratin f intellectual prperty rights), nnexclusive, sub-licensable license t use, reprduce, mdify, publish, and display such Submissin in whle r in part, n a wrldwide basis, and t incrprate it int ther wrks, in any frm, media r technlgy nw knwn r later develped fr Cmpetitin r marketing purpses f Spnsr's prducts. If requested, Entrant agrees t sign any dcumentatin that may be required fr Spnsr r its designees t fully explit the abve-referenced license grant t the Submissin. In granting Spnsr such license, Entrant will represent and warrant that the Submissin remains unpublished and des nt in any way infringe upn any third party s intellectual prperty rights. By uplading yur Submissin, yu are granting yur permissin fr yur Submissin t be psted t an nline gallery within the LEGO.cm internet dmain, as mre fully discussed abve. 8. Prize(s): The Winner r Winners will have their submitted phtgraph displayed during the end title sequence f THE LEGO MOVIE 2. The prize is nn-transferable and n cash alternative is available. The prize has n cash value.

7 The number f prizes t be awarded will be determined by THE LEGO MOVIE 2 filmmakers, based n their judgement, and subject t technical limitatins. There will be at least ne Winner and pssibly as many as 50 Winners. The prize is subject t availability and the Spnsr reserves the right t substitute the prize fr an alternative prize f equal r greater value. 9. Selectin f Ptential Winners and Odds f Winning: The Ptential Winner(s) will be selected by members f THE LEGO MOVIE 2 s directrial and prductin team (the Judges ) beginning n August 3 rd, The Judges will have brad discretin in the selectin f Ptential Winners, but will be lking fr Submissins that are fun, creative, riginal, and in keeping with the verall spirit f the LEGO brand and THE LEGO MOVIE films. The dds f winning will depend n the skill and talent f the Entrants, as assessed by the Judges in their sle discretin, and n the number f eligible entries received. Decisins f the Judges and the Spnsr are final. 10. Claiming the Prize: The Ptential Winner will be cntacted via the Entrant s address n August 6 th, Ptential Winners have ten (10) days frm the date f ntificatin t cmplete and return the Winners Dcuments. If the Ptential Winner cannt be cntacted, has nt claimed their prize within ten (10) f days f ntificatin, fails t cmplete the required Winners Dcuments crrectly, a new Ptential Winner may be selected frm all remaining eligible entries received befre the Clsing Date, in accrdance with the Selectin prcedure abve. 11. Certificatin f Ptential Winners: All Ptential Winners will be required t cmplete and return a set f Winners Dcuments cnsisting f (i) a statement f eligibility; and (ii) a release f liability; and (iii) a publicity release (except were prhibited by law); and (iv) a prize acceptance frm.
