We can have show and tell if you need to send off your project before the holidays. There will not be the rummage table. It will be back in January There is no December Board Meeting at 8:30AM

2 Page 2 Love and Comfort Workshop A huge thank you to everyone who helped during our two-day Love and Comfort workshop! I won t list individual names because I m afraid I d forget someone! But to each of you..those who prepared snacks.those who stood at ironing boards.those who pinned quilt sandwiches.those who stitched outer edges together.those who turned sandwiches right side out and pushed out the corners those who did the quilting. Thank you to all of you for your efforts. Pat yourselves on the back because we made 131 quilts!!!! This is an ongoing service project we can all be proud of. And if you couldn t join us, please remember we accept these little gems every month. So please continue to take kits home and stitch at your own machine. Jim is looking for someone to learn the Treasurer s job and represent him at meetings when he is traveling this winter. You might even be interested in becoming the Guild s next Treasurer. 3 Upcoming Programs 2018 Pa January 17 Guest Speaker: Art Quilter Heidi Parkes Heidi will show us her art quilts, and speak about her artistic mending. February 21 Guest Speaker: Sara Lawson Owner and Designer at Sew Sweetness Sew Sweetness is a pattern design company featuring fabric purses, totes and handbags. Morning Lecture and Afternoon Workshop, with workshop finishing the next day by noon. If you are interested in this workshop, please visit We will be deciding which handbag design to work on. The Arabesque bag, the Appaloosa bag, or the Aeroplane bag. March 21 Sheryl Schwochert of the Sewing Basket in Plymouth.
