Kathrie Tavers from Rockville Centre, NY shipped her quilt to her mother and her mother brought it in to our shop. Her mother is pictured with the Quilt. Her quilt included rows from Stitch 'N Time Fabrics, IN, Sew Creative Threads, I N, Sew Fun Fabrics, IN, Pieceful Quilting, NY, Quilts & Kreations, OH, Country Quilt Creations, IN, Millcreek Sewing and Fabric, PA, Sewtime Creative Sewing Center, NY. A UFO is an Unfinished Object-the remnants of those quilts we start to make but never seem to finish. To finish up some of your UFO s, sign up for a class and bring your machine and get those projects finished. NO Class Fees! Pillowcases can be dropped off at Stitch N Time FABRICS and then will be delivered to Memorial Hospital's Pediatric Unit. The final layout and look of the quilt is a secret until the end of the last part is available. We are a Project Linus Drop Off Center Provide new, handmade, washable blankets to be given as gifts to seriously ill and traumatized children, ages It is Project Linus' policy to accept blankets of all sizes, depending on local chapter needs. All blanket styles are welcome, including quilts, tied comforters, fleece blankets, crocheted or knitted afghans, and receiving blankets in child-friendly colors. Always remember that blankets must be homemade, washable, free of pins, and come from smoke-free environments due to allergy reasons. To help you get started, be sure to check the "Patterns page.
