She received her designation of QPA and CPC through the American Society of Pension Actuaries and her CLU and ChFC through the American College. She is owner and principal of Resource 1, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisory firm offering dynamic asset allocation strategies. Continuously active in industry associations, she has been a 32 year member of MDRT, an 8 year member of the Top of the Table, and currently serves on the Executive committee of MDRT and was the 2009 Chair of the Top of the Table. Micki and her husband, Michael, live in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Jon LoDuca, President, The Wisdom Link - Jon is founder and President of The Wisdom Link, Inc., an intellectual capital development firm located in Oak Park, IL. Jon launched the business in 2002 as a solution to help successful entrepreneurs define, package and capitalize on their professional wisdom and expertise. Jon is recognized by The Strategic Coach Program, NAIFA and is a thought leader for RIA Central. His articles have been featured in Advisor Today and Chiropractic Economics Magazine and he is currently writing his first book. Jon is a Chicago marathoner, and belongs to several professional and civic organizations throughout the community. He and his family reside in Oak Park, Illinois. Betty Doll, MBA, CLTC - Betty is the Principal of Doll & Associates Long Term Care Insurance Services in Asheville, N.C. She has presented at numerous national and state conferences in the financial services industry and related industries and pledges to make the discussion of long term care planning easy, enlightening, and enjoyable. Betty earned her M.B.A. degree from Jacksonville University (FL) and her B.S. degree from Western Michigan University. She is a member of NAIFA, NAHUl and the Board of Standards for the Corporation for Certification in Long Term Care. Gino Gianfrancesco, CLU, ChFC - Gianfrancesco began his Farm Bureau career in 1977 as a financed agent in Lincoln County, Georgia. He was promoted to district sales manager in 1980, and then to state sales manager Gino served as state sales manager in Georgia until his appointment as vice president, Agency, Southern Farm in July, He was promoted to vice president Sales, for Southern Farm in February, After 34 years of dedicated leadership and service with Farm Bureau, Gino retired in April 2011, as Senior Vice President with Southern Farm. He held that position since February of 2000 when the Southern Farm Bureau Board of Directors selected him after he had served as Vice President, Sales. During his tenure as Senior VP of Marketing the Company doubled it s size and reached the milestone of $100 Billion of life insurance in force in April of Many sales records were broken over the final two years of this campaign to reach $100 Billion of life insurance in force. Phil Eichinger, CMFC- Phil is Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager for The Guardian. Phil began his career in the late 1980 s at the Hartford. Phil was promoted to Vice President and National Sales Director of the Broker-Dealer channel in In 2005, he became National Sales Manager of The Hartford Mutual Funds. In November 2008, Phil joined the Guardian. Phil earned a bachelor s degree in Economics and Finance from Fordham University in New York. Dr. Ivan M. Kirshner, DDS - Dr. Kirshner entered the financial services area in 1990 after leaving the private practice of dentistry. He attended the University of Arizona and graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Ivan began his second career after retiring from dentistry for health reasons. Ivan has been honored by The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America as the top Disability Agent of the year in 1996 and 2001 and has been a member of their Leaders Club every year since 1992.

4 * GENERAL INFORMATION Location and Schedule: The trade show will be held at the Benton Convention Center, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Exhibitor set-up will begin at 3:00 pm, Monday, March 12, 2012 and is to be completed no later than 6:00 pm. On Tuesday, March 13, the exhibit hall will be open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. There will be time scheduled solely for exhibits, and refreshment breaks will be taken in the exhibit hall. Teardown can begin at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, and cannot take place before that time. Exhibitor drawings and door prizes will be awarded on Tuesday afternoon. Exhibitors and their staff are invited and encouraged to participate in all symposium activities. Registrations that accompany booth packages include all meals, program sessions and activities available to all other registered members. Additional registrations or tickets to individual events or meals are available to exhibitors at the same cost as for NAIFA-NC member. Booths Booths are 10 x 8 and will provide back drapes, side dividers, one six-foot skirted table, two side chairs, one wastebasket and one exhibitor identification sign. Additional services or facilities may be available by advance order for an additional fee. The convention decorator will send order forms for additional services to exhibitors. NAIFA-NC reserves the right to reassign booth locations for technical reasons. Cost/Payment Full payment must be received by NAIFA-NC in order to guarantee your requested space. A $200 deposit will reserve booth space, with assignment of location on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment of balance, with preference given to Platinum and Gold Partners. Booth assignments will be made February 28, 2012, for exhibitors who have paid in full. Full payment is due no later than March 2, Security There will be no security guard on duty. Exhibitors should make arrangement to secure equipment or valuables when the booth is not manned. NAIFA-NC assumes no liability for lost or stolen articles.
