Company identification will be required at badge pick-up. The number of no-fee Exhibitor Badges increases by one for each additional 10' x 10 booth rented. BOOTH RENTAL INCLUDES Each 10' x 10' booth** comes fully furnished with: Back and side draping A six-foot draped table Two chairs A wastebasket Identification sign that includes your company s name and booth number ** Perimeter Wall Table Exhibitors will ONLY receive a table and one chair. 4 BOOTH TYPES We listened to your suggestions and feedback. As a result, this year we are offering two new booth configurations: Single Auto Display and Perimeter Wall Table. ALL Official Exhibitor Rules and Regulations can be found at SINGLE BOOTH (100 SF) $1,250 Single Booths are 10' x 10' with only one side open to the aisle and arranged in a series along a straight line. Booths are surrounded by other exhibitors, with pipe and drape separation on all three sides. CORNER BOOTH (100+ SF) $1,700 Corner Booths are 10 x 10 with two sides open to an aisle (the front entrance and side facing the aisle), with pipe and drape separation between an adjacent booth. Corner Booth availability may be limited due to Exhibit Hall configuration. If you are interested in more than one Corner Booth, see End Cap Booth below. END CAP BOOTH (200 SF) $3,450 End Cap Booths are 10' x 20' and have three sides open to the aisles, with pipe and drape separation adjoining against the side rails of two Single Booths. The back-wall display is not to exceed 8' in height or width. A front display of 4' or higher must be centered on the back drape to ensure adequate line of sight for the adjoining booths. ISLAND BOOTH (400 SF) $6,500 Island Booths are 10' x 40' with four Corner Booths, have an aisle on all four sides and may or may not have pipe and drape on the sides. LARGE ISLAND BOOTH (600+ SF) Call for Pricing Large Island Booths consist of four or more Corner Booths with a minimum of two additional Single Booths, an aisle on all four sides and may or may not have pipe and drape on the sides. Single Booths can be added to Large Island Booths in increments of two. NEW! SINGLE AUTO DISPLAY (200 SF) $3,000 A Single Auto Display Booth is configured as two Single Booths and can accommodate one car. DOUBLE AUTO DISPLAY (400 SF) $4,025 A Double Auto Display Booth is configured as four Single Booths and can accommodate two cars. NEW! PERIMETER WALL TABLE $575 Perimeter Wall Table displays are tables arranged in a series along a straight line where the table is connected to your neighbor. Displays cannot be larger than the tabletop. No additional signage or stand-alone displays are allowed. Location of all Perimeter Wall Tables will be predetermined and based on available space. 4

6 DRAYAGE AND EVENT TECHNOLOGIES The official drayage company, Atlantic Exposition Services (AEX), will send a drayage service kit via outlining their services. These kits will include information on and order forms for a variety of services, including booth assembly, shipping, additional booth furniture and decorating materials. All completed forms must be returned to AEX by the date specified in the kit. Electrical outlet(s) and internet access will be available through Encore Event Technologies, the Hotel s official technology provider. These services are available at an additional cost, at the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor. Order forms and pricing will be included with the drayage service kit materials when you receive the booth confirmation materials. Drayage kits and technology forms will be sent to all registered Exhibitors once contracted with Convention Management. If you have any questions or do not receive your service kits, please contact AEX or Encore directly at the numbers listed on page 7. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Can I change the draping or remove my booth s side rails? No. The draping and rails distinguish the booth sides from exhibitor to exhibitor. Therefore, the draping and side rails may not be removed or altered in any way. All side rails MUST remain in place. Any side rail or drape that is removed, dismantled or altered in any way will be replaced immediately. The booth draping and table skirting colors are at the discretion of Convention Management. ALL draping and booth configurations are subject to Fire Marshal review and approval. Is there Exhibit Hall security? The Exhibit Hall will have 24-hour perimeter security from Monday evening through the close of the hall on Thursday. Security does not cover each individual Exhibitor Booth or its contents and is not a guarantee against loss or damage. ALL Official Exhibitor Rules and Regulations can be found at 6
