1 90-Day Action Plan This plan is designed to give new Renatus Students and ITA/IMAs an outline for starting their business. Renatus students & IMAs created it as an additional resource. It is not required to use this outline/plan and results from using this will vary. This document was not created by Renatus LLC and is not part of the education or your IMA agreement with Renatus. The creators and distributors of this form cannot take credit for the successes or failures of those who use this outline. Reflect on the following questions - Use your answers to these questions as a guide to help you filter through the material and make more effective decisions on where to go with your business. Estimated Time Investment: 2 Hours What is your strength zone/ what are you good at? What is your area of interest in this business and WHY? Is this something you see yourself doing full time? If so, by when? What may hold you back from realizing your goals? Write out what you would like to achieve in your business over the next 6 months and 12 months. Estimated Time Investment: 2 Hours What would you like a typical week look like for you in your business? How many real estate deals will you have completed? How many students would you like to have enrolled? How many networking events would you like to attend? What fun activities would you include in your week? How much income would you like to have earned in real estate? In your IMA business? Other Goals
2 Calendar your business building time Estimated Time Investment: 1 Hour It s critical that you plan your day. Get out your calendar and set aside a minimum of 30 minutes to 1 hour per day. This is your Renatus Business Power Hour where your focus is entirely on making contacts/networking (building your Power Team), making offers, on the phone with prospects (pay time). Results vary depending on the amount of time you put into building your business. Set up your AMP/business cards Estimated Time Investment: 15 min Review sample business cards in your business center located under the Communications Tab > Advertising Materials. Consider creating one for your real estate business & IMA business. It CAN be the same card. Get creative - you are an entrepreneur!
3 Set up your AMP Website Estimated Time Investment: 10 min Set up your free AMP website. Instructional video can be found in the Tutorials section at Schedule fill calendar Estimated Time Investment: 30 min Schedule non-negotiable time for your Renatus classes, located under the Education tab in your business center (for education holders). The faster you educate yourself, the faster your real estate and IMA business can grow. Schedule fill calendar Estimated Time Investment: 30 min Schedule non-negotiable time to watch your 10 Step Training & IMA Training videos located under the Training Tab in your business center.
4 Identify your IMA business target market: Who do you want to work with? Who are you compelled to share your message with and help? Before you set out to build your business, it s important to know whom you want to work with or in other words, who is your target market? Build List After having a better understanding of your target market, research and build a list of 50+ people you would like to connect with and potentially work with (also covered in 10 Step Training). Choose Lead Sources Estimated Time Investment: Varies Choose 5-7 lead generating sources to reach your target market. Schedule time each week to create/maintain those lead generation sources. Create and implement your lead generating sources! Don't get caught up in preparing, place some marketing material and see the results. You will constantly be fine-tuning your advertisements to reach your target audience most effectively.
5 Identify your real estate target market/strategy. Strive to complete this within your first 30 days: Estimated Time Investment: 22 plus hours Complete your Real Estate Essentials and Creative Acquisitions class, located within the Renatus Essentials Course. Complete your Tax & Legal Day 1 and Real Estate Marketing classes, located within the Renatus Essentials Course. Build your Power Team by contacting 3-5 different individuals each week and interview them briefly. Meet with them if necessary and make them aware of your real estate goals. It is imperative to your business that you build your network. Complete your Mortgage Acceleration and Credit Management classes, located within the Renatus Essentials Course. Continue to watch your classes & start marketing/leveraging Renatus IOS (if subscribed) to generate real estate leads from day 30-60: Estimated Time Investment: 16 hours Complete your Self-Directed IRA and Tax and Legal Day 2 classes, located within the Renatus Essentials Course. Create Ads Create ads/lead-generating sources for your real estate business
6 Execute Estimated Time Investment: varies Execute your marketing strategies to generate real estate leads. Business Set Up Start to set your entity up. Choose a name, type, and interview/select a professional to help you create it. You'll need it in place to conduct your real estate transactions. Days finish your Essentials Course and take action: Estimated Time Investment: 14 hours Complete your Finding the Deal of the Decade and Fast Track Review classes, located within the Renatus Essentials Course.
7 Analyze deals and make offers! Estimated Time Investment: varies Put your knowledge to use! TAKE ACTION!! Analyze Deals & Make offers!!. (date completed continues on so schedule specific number of offers to make by specific dates) AIT EDUCATION HOLDERS Schedule 1 on 1 Coaching with Coach Gavin: Estimated Time Investment: varies By day 90 your goal should be to complete your Essentials and be in a position to make offers. Select the AIT Vocational Track that you wish to first specialize in and dive in! You will have a good feel for the Renatus system by now and can select the curriculum path yourself or with guidance from a Renatus Coach.
