3 3 A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER There are two types of people: 1. People you know 2. People you don t know With this system... You re getting the names and contact information of 20 people that you don t know. However, we DO know that they are looking for a business, so we want to get the maximum conversion out of those 20 people that we possibly can. What I ve found...and it is the best way to get the maximum conversion...is that the prospects who watch our marketing videos have the highest rate of conversion. 4 4 Part 1 Calling up your prospects Each of your prospects has filled out a form requesting more information about making extra money on the side. There are four critical questions for you to ask them when you get them on the phone. Pay close attention to the information that they give you and make sure that you take notes. When you clearly demonstrate that you have heard them, your rapport with them will skyrocket. When you place the call... If your prospect picks up the phone, be sure to get right to the point. First verify that you are talking to the right person, for example, Hi, is this John?, and he says, "Yes." YOU: Hi John, the reason for my call today is that you recently requested some information about making some extra money on the side. I m just curious, what has changed recently in your life that has you looking...or have you been looking for a while? Write down the answer. For example: JOHN: I would like to pay off my credit cards. YOU: Great, John. Ideally, how much would you like to make each month to pay off your credit cards? JOHN: I would like to make an extra $400 per month. YOU: An extra $400 per month would make a big difference for a lot of people. And, obviously, with a business that can produce a consistent income like that there is usually some sort of startup cost. Do you have anything set aside for that JOHN: Sure, I ve got about $200 that I could invest in getting started.

5 5 The call continued... YOU: Great. With $200 we have a few options for you. And one last question, John. In order for you to make an extra $400 on the side, it s going to require a certain amount of time. How much time do you have to build your business? JOHN: I ve got a couple hours that I could spend each night after work and maybe a few hours on Saturday. Depends on what it is. YOU: Thank you for telling me a little more about your situation John, that helps me to have a better idea of how I can help you. We have an amazing system and it is guaranteed. So I just have one more question for you. If I could show you a guaranteed way to turn $60 dollars into that $400 dollars that you re looking for in your spare time within 6 weeks, would that be worth 3 minutes of your time? JOHN: Of course. YOU: You can text me once you ve finished watching the video, or I can call you back in 20 minutes, which would you prefer? JOHN: I will text you.

6 6 The follow up... YOU: Hi John, that s a great video, isn t it? And right now you may have some questions about getting started. Whatever you do, don t upgrade your position until you feel good that you ve got all the information to make a decision. Let s get the Call Center on the line so that we can get all of your questions answered. JOHN: Let s do it. YOU: (now you have the call center on the line) Hi Matt, I ve got John Smith on the line, and he has some questions about how he can use our system to make an extra $400 on the side working a couple hours a day after work. Do you have a minute to help him with his decision? At this point you are going to let Matt work his magic. ***No matter how experienced you become with O2 Worldwide, never give into the temptation to answer questions even if you know the answers. 7 7 Part 2 A text message strategy Even when people request information about making extra money on the side, they may not want to have a phone conversation at first. If your prospect doesn t answer your call, you should follow up with a text message. You may even decide to start off with a text. Here are 4 examples for you to consider: Sample text messages EXAMPLE 1 Hi John, you recently requested some information about making some extra income from home. We have a guaranteed way to turn $60 into 500 in 6 weeks. Here is the link: If you have any questions, get back to me. EXAMPLE 2 John, you recently requested some information about making extra money from home. I m sending you this message to verify if you are a real person before I send you the information. Simply reply with yes or no. If they reply with a yes... -Would you prefer me to you the information? Or call you? -For Ok I just ed you the information with the subject re: guaranteed system -For the call, refer to the phone script 4 Things about text messages to consider: 1. Keep text messages brief. People have a tendency to delete or ignore long-winded texts. 2. Always wait for the person to respond before you send additional text messages. 3. Avoid the temptation to answer questions in a text message. Let the Call Center do that. 4. Once you've established a connection, be sure to update your prospect's contact information in your phone so that you know who it is reaching out to you if/when they call for help.

8 8 More sample texts... EXAMPLE 3 (if you have called but no one picked up) Hi John, I just got a notification that you are looking for a way to earn some extra money from home. Would you prefer me to text you the link or it? EXAMPLE 4 Hi John, you were referred to me as someone who is looking for a way to make some extra money on the side. Are you still looking for an opportunity? -John texts you back yes -Would you prefer me to you the information? Or call you? "With the O2 Worldwide system, the guesswork is eliminated completely. 9 9 Part 3 Using effectively is very ineffective by itself, but when you use it together with your other contact points it becomes much more useful. Both of the examples that we provide you are to be used as a follow up to either a phone or text conversation. Sample #1 Follow up from a phone call: Hey John, when we spoke you said that you just got cut back on your hours at work and that you need to make up the difference, and that an extra $500 per month would do that for you. You also said that you ve got about $200 to put into your business and that you ve got around 3 hours each day or about 15 hours per week to work on your business. Here is the link to the information you requested: www. joino2.com/username Our system shows people a guaranteed way to turn $60 dollars into $500 dollars plus residual in their spare time within 6 weeks. Strategy When you take the time to include specific details about the conversation that you had with your prospect in your , it will have a profound positive effect on your rapport with that person. You are letting this person know that you heard them and that you care. Never forget this Reach out to your prospect on the phone Follow up with a text message if they don't answer is usually more effective as follow up
