Over the last 17 years, I ve been blessed with the opportunity to serve people from all over the world, in over 75 countries, through personal mentoring, books, courses and live programs. I ve worked with men and women of all ages and backgrounds from 18 to 78. I ve helped mothers, coaches, entrepreneurs, corporate execs, multi-millionaires, therapists, designers, authors, musicians, raw-food chefs, actors, dancers, healers and everything in between. And there s one thing in common. Each and every one is an eternal soul. If there is one thing I know for sure, it s that every soul has a purpose and every soul will awaken to their true nature. It s just a matter of time. Some will awaken now and free themselves to be of service. Others will awaken later at their own time. The choice is ours. We can choose to be free now if we want. Or we can wait and suffer though life feeding our false identity and old patterns. It s all a choice. I m happy to say that after a powerful awakening at age 18, I ve been able to help countless souls awaken to know their true nature and embrace their mission. As they free themselves, they have awakened new realities and possibilities. They have gone beyond their beyond into new levels of freedom, joy, bliss, abundance and peace. And it s such a deep joy for me to be of service in this way. Past clients have changed careers, published books, transformed their relationships, increased their income, created successful businesses, and, most importantly, all of my clients have had a spiritual awakening and realization of their true nature, dharma and power. I think this is what makes my mentoring unique, and it s why I love it so much. Creating lasting, eternal changes in consciousness with you, in a created space of trust, commitment, vision and possibility is powerful beyond measure. As you awaken - you realize you are always safe. You become limitless. You drop fear, anxiety and excuses and become the master of your life - as the immortal spiritual being you are. Doors open and magic comes flooding in. You leave mentoring with me having learned how to create success in your life on your own, and how to create from a higher state of consciousness, peace and power. You finally become free. 3 My mentoring isn t for everyone. Over the years, I have made countless videos, audios, articles and books available for free or very low cost. Anyone, anywhere in the world can access these materials as long as they have access to a computer and Internet. However, my personal mentoring is for those rare souls who want more. You don t NEED a mentor. You feel the call to have a mentor. And if you re feeling that call, then this is probably for you. I only work 1-on-1 with those who are truly ready to transform, who are willing to do what it takes to experience their Highest Realty and are open to being honest, vulnerable and going through the tough times with the blissful times. I wish I could say you won t ever have another problem in your life - but you will. There is stuff to transform and evolve and things may even get worse before they get better. And if you re really ready for personal support you will have to do the work and it won t always be easy. The truth is most people have some desire to free themselves from whatever is holding them back and create a life of freedom - but not everyone is willing to do what it takes to release the old, embrace the new and become the change they seek in the world. I only work with people who are ready and willing to embrace the hero s journey of transformation - and do what it takes to achieve the results they want. I know you can do it. Most coaches and mentors plan out their sessions, rely on scripts and pre-determined agendas (which are often not relevant to you and your current needs at the time). These coaches tweak and improve your life - a little with tools and techniques. My mentoring changes lives, awakens minds, frees souls and opens doors. I have no set agenda or scripted sessions. I listen. I wait and I allow YOU to discover the infinite power that lies within. I ve had to dedicate half my life to service, spending over 10,000 hours in meditation and working with people for free for over 7 years and setting up multiple projects to be in a position to serve you. It s not been easy for me. But I m glad for all the challenges that have shaped me and allowed me to be of service to you. 4 Who i work with Most of my clients are already successful in one or more areas of their lives, but they re ready for more - more freedom, more happiness, more service, more wealth, more peace and more success. Others fall into the category of emerging AwakenedPreneurs - coaches, healers and those who are wanting to bring a full expression of themselves into their lives - attract more clients, help more people and experience more abundance in their lives. 5 Transformational Personal & Business mentoring Minimum mentoring agreement: six months I work with a select number of people for a minimum of six months and up to twelve months and longer. Clients call in from: Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Washington, Seattle, California, New York and from all around the world. All mentoring is done via Skype or phone - audio only. Mentoring is always one on one and includes: Three Mentoring Sessions Per Month (60-90 Minutes Each) In these sessions, you will: Awaken your freedom. Identify, question and let go of the stories and thoughts that create limitation, resistance and fear in your life. Expose the ego and any negativity stopping you. Explore any and every aspect of your life - what s working and what isn t, and what seems to be standing in the way of your fullest expression. Often times I will lead you in guided, deep meditations so you can access your higher self and elevated consciousness. Get clear on what you need to do next to get where you want to go. At times, if relevant, I will advise you on specific areas of your life or business that you may need help with - so you can save time, money and energy and get to your destination faster. Nothing is off-limits in these sessions it s often the times where we seem to go off-topic that lead to the biggest realizations and breakthroughs. It s also the topics you don t want to discuss that can be the open door to a new level of freedom. I create a safe place for you to transcend perceived limitations. Mentoring/Support Besides our mentoring calls, you have ongoing access to me via for those pressing questions or concerns that hit you in the middle of the night or daytime. Relevant Resources Depending on what we cover in our session, you will be ed resources to help you effectively implement the work suggested between sessions. I have a wealth of additional training to support your growth. *You will also have access to many of my high end trainings and courses (at no additional charge). This is a rare and valuable bonus. 6 Personal & Business Mentoring OPtions six month mentoring agreement (minimum) OPTION 1: A lump sum payment of $11,000 OPTION 2: Monthly payments of $2,000 Billed every 30 days. 12 month mentoring agreement OPTION 1: A lump sum payment of $22,000 OPTION 2: Monthly payments of $2,000 Billed every 30 days. I work with those whose word is truly more powerful than any contract or document. All compensation is non-refundable. My prices are what they are because I have very little personal time and am only able to work with a handful of seriously committed people who value themselves and are willing to invest in their sessions. 8 Mentoring Agreement This is our clear, legal agreement with each other. Yes, i ts tedious and unnessesary in some cases - but it s good to be totally clear about what we expect from each other so we can create wonders and get the most from our time together. This agreement bascially says that I agree to show up for you 100% and do everything I can within our agreement to help you achieve the results you want. It also says that you agree to paying for coaching/mentoring, you are responsible for your life and actions and you are willing to show up for yourself and do the work. This agreement (the Agreement ) is effective as of the date mentioned below (the Effective Date ), by and between Michael Mackintosh (hereinafter known as the Mentor ) and You, (hereinafter known as Client ). WHEREAS, the Mentor is the creator, founder, and owner of Awakened Academy, which provides mentoring services (collectively and hereinafter known as the Program ). WHEREAS, Client desires to participate in the Program, which includes private mentoring calls, and the items set forth in the invitation packet provided to you. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: Client agrees to: Comply with the payment option they signed up for, and authorizes the Mentor to charge that amount to credit card(s) or payable by check. Client further agrees to be bound by this non cancelable commitment, and further agrees to Abide by the Program as described in the Agreement. Eg. GO FOR IT and be willing to feel good all the time and have your life go well all the time. Go deep and being open to creating an awesome life. By completing and signing this Agreement Client hereby acknowledges that Client has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein. By completing the Application and signing below you authorize the Mentor to charge your credit card as payment for your membership in the Program. Furthermore, you agree that you are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire course of the Program (the Commitment Period ), regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the Program, and regardless of whether you have selected a lump sum or monthly payment plan. By signing the Agreement you agree that, if, for any reason, you choose to remove or cancel yourself out of the Program prior to the end date of the Commitment Period, you are obligated to pay or continue pay any outstanding balance(s) for the entire Commitment Period. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all monthly payments must be paid on a timely basis. Mentor has sole discretion to terminate this agreement and remove any client from continuing in the Program at any time without a refund if the client ceases to follow the Program guidelines, as set forth herein, if client becomes difficult to work with and does not fully participate in the mentoring experience. If done so, Client will no longer be charged the remaining rate if any is still due. Client also understands that any/all scheduled mentoring calls or other benefits expire at the end of the Commitment Period, and will not be carried over. It is important to note that your benefits MUST be used during the Commitment Period.

9 Mentoring contract We have made every effort to accurately represent the Program and its potential. Each individual s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. By signing below, Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company of and from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys fees and costs, arising out of or relating to the work of Company. We respect your privacy. Client agrees not to divulge, furnish, or make available any of the Program s training materials, audio recordings, handouts, or materials of other participants to anyone who is not a participant or mentor in the Program. Choice of Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Hawaii applicable to agreements to be wholly performed therein. Arbitration: All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Hawaii. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction. Ok, enough of the technical stuff! Sending you much love and blessings on your next chapter and new adventure.
