2 Between June 19th and September 25th, we will focus on restoring 3 core elements in our lives: energy, time, and prosperity Energy What would your life look like if you had 10X the energy that you do right now? What would you set out to do? How amazing would you feel in your skin? This element of the program is designed to reduce what drains your energy in order to awaken the innate vitality that lives within you. Nutrition, movement, and mindset will be 3 pillars that will let your vitality come to life. Time Being busy isn t working anymore. We claim to want more time when in fact what we want is to use the time we have wisely. We crave freedom. We want to slow down and appreciate the process instead of rush through life. This element will focus on shifting your mindset from not having enough time to being productive in a soulful way. A way that allows you to literally slow down and smell the roses. To do less yet be more. To spend your time the way your soul craves most. Money Are you tired of not making enough? Or not even knowing how much you make? Do you want to stop feeling guilty for charging for your services when you know deep inside that you re worth it? It s time that you step into your prosperity boots, or sandals if you will. 3 The Deets As with all programs I offer, flexibility, change, adaptation, creation, and doing what works, are key. Below is the outline of the program to satisfy the part of your mind that loves to know what s happening. In truth, the magic happens in the areas where we do not know how things will unfold because something even better is waiting for us. It is my job to make sure we unleash this magic, and that means being willing to adjust as we go. And that we will. When? Group Sessions are held on Tuesdays every week starting June 19th. What time? When you apply you get to choose your preferred group time. Either 10am-12pm est or 7pm-9pm. Where do these take place? Session swill be led entirely online using ZOOM video conferencing. Which means you can be in Montreal, Hawaii, Sydney, or Kazakstan and it s all good! Recordings Although the intention is that you join us for every call, sessions will be recorded in the event that you find yourself somewhere where WIFI is inexistent!

Part IV: MONEY - Step into your prosperity boots! August 28th & September 4th, 11th, 18th, *25th bonus/wrap-up Answer the question: How much money do you need to make to live a full an prosperous life? Own your worth by getting paid what you deserve in your job or business. Set-up simple prosperity habits to keep the money flow open. Create a powerful alliance with money by changing your mindset, practicing abundance, and dating your money!
