7 Our Supply Chain - DYEING A Modern dye house equipped with latest dyeing machinery and fully functional biological ETP plant. It is one of the best in the Badohi region. Daily Capacity kgs/shift (2 shifts/day) Cabinet dyeing- 4000kgs, 2000Kgs, 1000Kgs, 500Kgs, 200kgs, 50kgs. Quality In house testing lab helps ensure proper quality by testing dyed yarn for CF test before it leaves the dye house. Color consistency in bulk is maintained through precision in dye recipe followed for every batch dyeing. This dye house is socially complaint. As a part of our internal company policy- we audit it every 6 months.
8 Our Supply Chain WEAVING (3 Production Models) Home weaving comprises of network of 2000 looms spread across badohi & Mirzapur Belt Small shed weaving comprises of small sheds of 5-10 looms Consolidated shed weaving is a progressive approach towards making it an industrialized activity. At the moment there are approximately 20 such shed with 850 looms (punja) & 300 looms (pit loom shaggy) Quality & Social Compliance is monitored by regular visits done by the quality inspectors and compliance inspectors with special emphasis on Child Labour monitoring.
9 Our Supply Chain BURNING, WASHING, STRETCHING By the process of burning the protruding fibers, kelims are given more design definition. Different types of washes are given to enhance the perceived value of the product by adding sheen & luster, making hand feel softer and more plush. Some of the special washes are stone wash, antique and herbal wash. Carpets are stretched to provide stability and to maintain the shape. Above processes are carried out in small sheds that come under the umbrella of quality and social compliance
10 Our Supply Chain FINISHING Carving and embossing are used to give better design definition, create effects like high & low pile etc. Using innovative ways of Edge bindingcan give a very unique look to the carpet like: 2 Tone Or Multi tone edge binding Blanket stitch edge Hem folds Fringes Quality Carpet is individually checked at various stages ensuring that every carpet leaving our facilities meets all the required quality standards.
