We manufacture for top brands and chains worldwide. We offer services that exceed customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and reliable on-time delivery. Since our aim is to be the most reliable manufacturer and supplier, we want to establish long-term associations with our clients in an honest, ethical and transparent transaction. We design and develop new styles that will emergency outstanding products. A&A Socks Limited is a socks manufacturer, exporter and supplier. (2) PRODUCT AND SERVICES We have been producing all kinds of plain, terry, socks containing any design and pattern high quality socks with high emphasis to the quality control, commitment and competitive price and been exporting to Europe, USA & Canada. Our fashion socks are unisex-socks for men, women and child. Our Company is also manufacture socks in different style and pattern according to the buyer s requirement. We are special for manufacturing all types of Socks such as Plain, Rib, Tennis/Terry, Jacquard, Knee High, Half cushion, Ankle, 3D socks. (3) MACHINERIES We have 45nos single cylinder dram less KTM Brand knitting machine imported from KTM Co. Ltd, South Korea ranging from 72 to 168 needles. Other specification are Drum less, fully electronic control system, Italian DEIMO 32-bit controller, 1 main feeder + 5 pattern feeders, Possibility 16 colors including 1 ground color on same course, The most efficient reciprocated knitting for true heel & toe, Multiple stop motion sensors in case of error, Automatic oil checking device, Pattern, chain and jacquard program can be modified at keyboard and then downloaded to disk for storage, screen readout of causes of machines top page. 4 (8) METAL DETECTOR MACHINE A&A Socks Limited has introduced lock system swhich is a metal detector for checking broken metal parts by passing each and every sock after knitting and linking through convey or belt of metal detector. The UK origin machine is most modern and high sensitivity which can able to detect 1mm diameter of metal parts by ringing buzzer during detection process. (9) HUMAN RESOURCES We have appointed experienced high skilled technical staffs who are experienced in socks production. To meet buyer s quality requirements we have appointed skilled, semi skilled and un-skilled labor in the production line. Some of these materials are Cotton, Cool max, Viscose, Wool yarn, Poly yarn, Nylon, Acrylic, Polyester, Olefin, Polypropylene, Lycra or Spandex to get an increased level of softness to the socks. Other materials that might be used during the process of making high quality socks i.e silk, linen, cashmere, mohair. The color variety of socks choices can be any color that the designers intend to make the quality socks upon its creation. Raw materials are being imported from Taiwan, Korea, India, Pakistan and China.
