Terms are strictly cash unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneers. DELIVERY: Will be at the conclusion of the sale. SALES : A low bidding price on all lots of $400 will occur except for reserve lots which are Lot12,14,15,16,17,19,21, 23 & 33 TRANSPORT: Buyers should make their own transport arrangements prior to the auction. INSURANCE: Representatives of insurance companies will be in attendance or recommended on sale day. HEALTH: All animals are non-assessed. AAA TRANSFERS: All animal transfers with the AAA will be at the purchasers cost. 4 Chai Tee Alpacas began its venture in 2006, under the guidance of Coolaroo. Fine fleeced and well framed animals were sought out with special attention given to a variety of excellent genealogies. A successful ET program was initiated and the animals in stock today are the result of careful and selective breeding from various studs. This included using some sires bred along the SRS guidelines as advocated by Dr Jim Watts. We first began our venture in Northern N.S. Wales, in the Tweed Valley. The area we were located in was not suitable too much rain, wild dogs and paralysis ticks. So after a period of adjustment, we finally relocated to central Victoria. Our aim was to create an excellent herd of mostly white, some fawn, fine fleeced herd. We were not too keen on selling or exhibiting at shows, relying on fleece stats to guide us in our breeding program. As a result, High Flyers elite bloodline is not widely distributed. Due to circumstance all females have not been bred in the last four years and are all open at present. Now in our sixties and seventies, with family in non-alpaca areas, we are retiring from the alpaca business and offering all our stock for sale. This is a chance for some smaller breeders to pick up some excellent genes, low microns and equally low SD s for reasonable prices. Included in the clearing sale are various items such as portable alpaca fences, scales, and a Snowy Creek Engineering Felting Machine including fleece, shear silk, a sewing machine, a felting machine, an overlocker, and patterns.

In 2010 he was singled out by an inspection by Jim Watts to be certified as a stud male. Lot 36 Illawarra Yalena (f) SW IAR DOB 16/04/2003 Sire Prestige Valentino Dam - Jolimont Lima 8968 Yallena has been a very consistently productive female. Now an older female she has the possibility to give a couple more cria of quality depending on the sire used. She does best with the quality wool male as she also has the frame and size.

She is the dam of El Macho (stud male) and passes on her constitutional strength and her quality fleece..lot 38 Chai Tee Tatjana ET (F) SW IAR DOB.24/09/2006 Sire - Solomon Dam - Varita Wednesday Tatjana has bred some quality cria. She specifically breeds excellent quality wool fleece. Her dam was a prolific ET donor, and she has a lovely gentle nature.

10 Lot 34 Item Miscellaneous for Clearance Sale Price New Dean trailer. Custom built and carries ten. The Dean has a slid able & removable internal separator with two opening gates. and a loading ramp which folds up to become part of the back of the float. It has an independent rubber suspension which enables a floating carrying capability. The canvas cover is a little worn and could be replaced by the manufacturer for $1000 to $1200.
