1 Sauder Village 41 st Annual Quilt Show Registration Form 2017 All entries must be pre-registered. Registration Deadline: Registrations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, or until our limit is reached. The last several years we have reached our limit several weeks before the posted deadline, so register early! Quilt Limit: Limit three (3) quilts per exhibitor. One form may be used for all quilt entries. NEW Exhibit Tag: Quilts will be hung with typed description cards completed by Sauder Village. You do not need to complete a separate Exhibit Tag. Quilt Check-In: All quilts must be delivered to Founder's Hall on Sunday, April 30, between 1:30 4:00 p.m. Quilt Exhibitor s Name: Address: City, State, Zip: Phone: How many total quilts are you entering in the exhibit? (Limit three quilts per exhibitor). Please register each quilt in only one category below. If entering more than one quilt, use this single form to list the total number of quilts in each category you will be entering. Sauder Village reserves the right to change the category if deemed appropriate. In order to qualify for the judging competition, the quilt exhibitor must have had some part in the making of the quilt (either constructing the quilt top, quilting or both). Purchased quilts, inherited quilts and gift quilts may be entered for exhibit only but will not be judged. Also, any quilt maker who, for any reason, would prefer to enter his/her quilt "for exhibit only" is welcome to do so. "For exhibit only" and judged quilts will be hung together by category and the same entry guidelines will apply equally to both. Please be sure to indicate on your form whether your quilt(s) are to be judged or "for exhibit only". QUILT APPRAISALS Appraisals by AQS Certified Appraiser, Donna Kooistra, will be available while your quilt is hanging in the Sauder Village Quilt Show for a fee of $50.00 per quilt. Please indicate on your form whether your quilt(s) are to be appraised. The appraisal fees for a pre registered quilt must be prepaid. (If for any reason you cancel your quilt appraisal prior to Sauder Village receiving your quilt, your fee will be refunded less a 10% processing fee. Cancellations after Sauder Village receiving your quilt for hanging in the show, no fees will be refunded.)
