2 The mismanagement of investment: the realization of a D.H net demands a large investment for supplies, mechanics civil works activities. This is why you must have the most professional partner present from start to finish. The general public uneasiness: without a doubt our work causes problems to the traffic and pedestrian movement, and it is for this reason that the job must be done as quick as possible. The surprise: the installation ti speed is often slowed down by unforeseen problems, created by the existing net which was not correctly indicated by utilities company, therefore you need a partner that can adapt, and solve each problem that comes up in a quick and correct way.

3 We make all the efforts in the hope that the materials and the installations have higher quality, in order to have a reliable net, that lasts. In this situation a DH net manager is often left alone to face the problem. He must have a partner that has the capacity and capability, in such way that the investment is not affected by submerged costs clearly not included in the business plan. This sometimes does not happen and he must face by himself critical emergency situations

4 We of Power Solutions, established originally as a D.H. net contractor, have used our experience in order to develop a new concept of D.H. systems supply thanks to our prior experience and direct knowledge of these problems. We are a district heating net full service provider because we are the only ones, at least in Italy, able not only to supply prefabricated pipes and fittings, but above all to offer a series of fundamental services in the completion of a district heating net.

5 Our experience shows us that to complete D.H. net you need several fundamental people p who share all the phases of the project. er establishes the tracing and the hydraulic plan, the prefabricated pipe supplier elaborates the mechanical planning and the material list, the mechanical contractors lay the pipeline, the civil work company does the labour. In all this the customer, the private or public investor, it is often left alone to complete the puzzle, whose result determines the efficiency and the reliability of the net, and therefore return on the investment. 6 of the mechanical plans under European standard EN 13941, considering the real exercise conditions of the net. Our design office remains open from 8 am. to 8 pm. in order to answer immediately any urgent demands coming from the job sides. The first phase to construct the budget, is to do a preliminary i and real appraisal of the net, and therefore to decide to whether or not to go head with the project and the investment. 7 Our materials are supplied in accordance with the higher quality of European standards and with the more favourable economic conditions, thanks to our production site and to special agreements with the largest European producers of prefabricated pipe systems, valves, D.H joints systems and isolation. Our pre insulated pipes have the lowest values of thermal conductivity, which is more than demanded by the EN 253 norm. Our Joints casings are tested ten times more than the EN 489 norms demand.

8 As the statistics have shown the main cause of a breach in the net is the bad fixing of the joints. We professionally train the joints fitters, not only in the installation procedures, but also to the monitoring and the documentation of every phase of installation.

9 We resolve the surprise (the piping not indicated in the trench) because we can provide goods in a short delivery time, thanks to our large stock, to the possibility to produce fittings quickly in our new productive site, and with the capacity to build the casing and isolation on the steel pipe straight on site with our specialized teams.

10 Also the future extensions of the net can be followed up by us, we realize branches with Hot Tapping technologies up to DN 200 branch pipe, we take care of the design ( EN13941) mechanics, casing and insulation parts, with our specially trained teams.

11 With our technicians we follow our clients, also after the installation ti of the pipeline, from the search and locating of losses and thermal dispersions, up to the programmed or extraordinary maintenance photo nocturnal repairs. One often declares that a District heating network must last at least thirty years; we of Power-Solutions, want this to become the minimum duration during which our customers will be able to sleep peacefully.
