1 Message from the President Now is the time to go back to the basics of manufacturing Enomoto has been devoted to manufacturing for a half century since its founding. Now, Enomoto again gets back to the root and put our whole heart in Enomoto s manufacturing. Through our die technology, all employees provide the careful manufacturing work to make our customers happy. That is the Enomoto s manufacturing. We live in a time when large quantities of products can be produced simply at low cost. That is especially the reason why Enomoto adheres to manufacturing and continues our challenge with soul and tenancy of purpose beyond passion. It is our many years of proven technology that supports our manufacturing. Making use of a broad range of die technology such as blanking, bending, drawing, molding, we will pursue manufacturing which is unique to Enomoto under three business pillars, lead frame, opto-device, and connector. Furthermore, based on the established technology, we further advance and aggressively pursue a development of those technologies in different type of industries and business development in new technical areas. We will carve out a new era. Proudly using manufacturing DNA which every employee of Enomoto has as a weapon, Enomoto continues being a resilient company so that we are trusted and supported from the community. 5 Connector Flexible technology demanded by the world market and the coming generation. We support high precision of connectors which continue to be more miniaturized. In the information-oriented society, a miniaturization and high precision of parts for information devices continue to advance. We are supporting the development of the market as we possess technologies to meet the needs of complicated bending form which are required for metal press products such as connectors and contact pins. Also, in the world where high-level technology which metal press process and resin molding process have united is expected, we are proud that Enomoto, having the press technology which we have cultivated for a long time and having the Mold Division, is one of the best companies in Japan. Narrow pitch products are the most needed products in the market and it cannot be realized not only without the metal press technology but also without high precise molding technology. And to the world of further advancing narrow pitch, our challenge does not stop. Our domestic and overseas factories have realized the stable provision for both quality and delivery date, and we plan development to support a user foothold. Especially, all overseas factories are concerned in connector production. 7 Mold Insert mold parts made with super advanced precise technology. The office consistency system which enables to meet a severe precision demand. We manufacture high precision insert mold parts which unified ultra precise metal blanking parts and resin. We tackle insert moldings of various patterns by making full use of the advanced technologies we have cultivated for a long time such as insert molding with a flat shaped hoop and a vertical hoop and compound molding which supplies a unit part into a molding die and molds by a robot and tackle insert molding of various patterns. We have established the flow and widely develop to realize the needs of the users based on a suggestion and construction of a line plan from a die design to die manufacturing/parts production and from development stage to sampling and mass-production. Main products are LED, communication relays, sensors, and laser parts, etc. Having an environment-friendly production as a motto, in addition to such needs as a power-saving, multi function and miniaturization, we need to deal with the strict measurement precision which is to mold dies and frames at one as one of the required qualities for insert molds. Since a matching of a frame and a mold can be controlled continuously in-house at Enomoto, reliable precision is realized. We received the high customer satisfaction.
