ASIS, pursuing infinite possibilities was established in 1989 as injection mold maker for automotive parts. We have been playing a prominent role for the development of Automotive Industries in Korea by continuous development and innovation of technology. We grew up and got trust from local customers about high technical skills and quality. In the end of 1990s, we jumped into overseas market in earnest and are now dealing with Car Makers and Tier 1 in Asia, North America, South America, Europe Etc. In the early stage when no one knew about proto type mold for automotive parts, I worked all night long many times with all employees to make the mold we desired. I can not forget the moment when we made it successfully. Our motto is Think Positive, Work Actively. We have overcome early difficulties and managed to expand our company. Our motto is very important value to keep continuously. ASIS closed factory in Anseong City after a 20-year running and moved into new plant located at Asan Technovalley Industrial Complex in April It is new beginning of ASIS. With all know-how, experience accumulated so far & technology, we could establish factory with the best layout for mold maker. Now we can provide high quality mold with lower cost and shorter lead time. We are very proud of it because we took one step forward for customer satisfaction and value creation. And we vitalized R&D center for standardization (design, components), mold flow analysis & development of new technology. I think we built up the foundation to compete with global leading mold makers. We will try to play an important role continuously for the development of Mold and Automotive industries of Korea with invention and cooperation. CAE for Injection By mold flow analysis, can pre-study and find expected problems with part and mold design. Through this process, provide the best injection parameter to Customer. 2. Mold Design Use Siemens NX(UG) as a main software for Mold Design Adopted design automated system and built Database of all mold components, which is connected to ERP system. By filling, packing, cooling & warpage analysis, find the best gating system (location, size, type, etc.) and optimized cooling line design. Constructed inventive ASIS Mold Standard by integrating know-how learnt from various customers and accumulated technology.
