5 IRI s 2019 Annual Conference explores what companies, large and small, must do to adapt to this new reality, and how to make these transitions in either product offerings or strategy. Innovation and technological breakthroughs have fostered advances in both physical and digital products, and the two have become increasingly interconnected. More often than ever, corporations are realizing that the two types of products are intertwined and can be used to enhance one another in both development and applications, or that they must also create digital goods in order to compete globally. This event will feature panels, breakout sessions, and interactive roundtables that explore a myriad of topics, including: Advanced digital applications to enhance the use of physical products Developing partnerships with smaller, tech-savvy companies R&D The evolution of R&D in a digital world Translating digital ideas to long-term strategies Lou Musante, Founder of Echo Strategies and IRI s 2019 Annual Conference Content Weaver, will guide attendees through transformation learning opportunities. He will bridge content from the conference keynotes and breakout sessions, connect concepts and takeaways to the theme of transitioning to digital products, and frame each day within the context of the broader impact they will have on the future of innovation.
