2 WHAT IS ANSIBLEFEST? AnsibleFest is the annual user conference for the Ansible community and Red Hat Ansible Automation users. This conference is jam-packed with content covering all aspects of IT automation, whether you re just getting started or already an advanced automation professional. The breakout sessions are split into five tracks of content: Best Practices, Tech Deep Dives, Business Solutions, Network Automation, and Ansible Integrations. Presentations are delivered by Ansible experts contributors, partners, engineers and customers covering all sectors. Plus, our Ansible engineers take oneon-one meetings with attendees to answer their specific questions during Ask an Expert sessions.

3 WHY SPONSOR? In 2018 we are upgrading AnsibleFest in significant ways for our customers, partners and sponsors. An AnsibleFest sponsorship in 2018 gives you: MORE TIME An expanded conference means more time for you to connect with attendees. We want you to capture as many leads as possible, and now you ll have enough time to do that. MORE ATTENDEES This year we re centrally located in Austin, Texas for the only AnsibleFest of the year. We re going big and drawing attendees from both coasts and across the globe. We re planning for 1,200+ attendees, but we can accommodate 1,500+. And based on the initial response to our Save the Date, we expect to exceed our goal. MORE FOCUS Our previous sponsors have asked for more dedicated networking time with attendees, and we re delivering this year. Instead of just talking with attendees during breaks, we ve scheduled time for attendees to visit with sponsors each day. You ll have their undivided attention! MORE AWARENESS October 2018 will mark three years of Ansible being part of the Red Hat family. This year we re leaning in to our Red Hat connection by integrating other Red Hat products and services in ways that matter to automation-focused attendees. Plus, we ll have the support of Red Hat marketing to bring in a broader, more diverse audience than ever before. MORE BRANDING For the first time we re incorporating turnkey booths into our sponsor hall. This means a streamlined, branded experience that will highlight your company logo. No more six-foot tables with hotel tablecloths! Plus, we ll be incorporating sponsor logos into our printed agenda, on-site digital signage, and the AnsibleFest website. MORE ANSIBLE.

9 PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TRACK SPONSOR: $12,000 / 4 AVAILABLE Sponsor one of our five breakout tracks (track to be chosen with guidance from Ansible based on content) and see your logo displayed on all signage related to the track. Logo will be included in printed agenda alongside track name, plus on digital signage in the track room. ASK AN EXPERT SPONSOR: $10,000 / 1 AVAILABLE Bring two of your experts to staff a dedicated space at the Ask an Expert tables both days. All attendees will have the chance to sign up for time-slots with your experts to get their questions answered about your technology and how it relates to Ansible. CONFERENCE LANYARD SPONSOR: $10,000 / 1 AVAILABLE Customized conference lanyards mean that every attendee wears your company logo (alternating with the AnsibleFest logo) on a badge that is required for all functions. This is a one color logo, and must be secured at least six weeks prior to the event. ALL-DAY COFFEE SPONSOR: $7,500 / 2 AVAILABLE - ONE PER DAY Brand the all-day coffee stations with signage for one day. We ll also work with you on a coffee cup sleeve design that includes your logo. This is an exclusive way to get your message in the hands of attendees. ROOM KEY CARD HOLDER SPONSOR: $5,000 / 1 AVAILABLE Brand the conference attendee hotel room key card holder with your logo and message. This is the paper wrapper that contains every set of room keys. All attendees are prompted to stay at the JW Marriott, the site of the conference, automatically during the registration process. Make your logo the first thing they see when they check in for the conference and every time they enter their hotel room.

10 PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES CHARGING STATION SPONSOR: $10,000 / 1 AVAILABLE Brand customized charging stations placed throughout the conference space. We ll work with you on the design and have the charging stations ordered through our conference production company. Plus, set out giveaways at the charging stations for an added imprint. BADGE FLAIR SPONSOR: $5,000 / 1 AVAILABLE For the first time this year, we re providing a variety of buttons for attendees to pin on their lanyard. Buttons will include messages for firsttime attendees, AnsibleFest alumni, Red Hat staff and more. Work with us to create an exclusive button including your logo and how you work with Ansible. RAINEY STREET PARTY SPONSOR: $40,000 / 4 AVAILABLE Sponsor a bungalow party on Rainey Street, one of Austin s most popular hangout spots. We plan to rent out bungalow bars Tuesday on the street for an evening event open to all AnsibleFest attendees. Sponsor one of the bungalows, and we ll take care of all of the logistics for you. Your company logo will appear on signage throughout the bungalow. Plus, you ll be featured in the agenda and during announcements at AnsibleFest. Size and scope of party contingent on sponsorship sales. CLOSING PARTY SPONSOR: $30,000 / 1 AVAILABLE We ll wrap up the conference on Wednesday evening with a Q&A session on stage followed by beer, wine and appetizers. All attendees are welcome to stay for this party and make their final connections with Ansible staff, speakers and other attendees. As a headline sponsor of this party, you will receive a mention on stage, as well as signage throughout the party space.

The AnsibleFest sponsorship team will be in contact within 48 hours to walk you through next steps. All packages are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Last year we sold out of sponsorship packages, so please reach out early to be sure you get your top choice. A signed contract is required to secure your sponsorship.
