3 How the team works Clear governance defined by a Cluster Network Agreement signed by all the partners within the initiative Torino Piemonte Aerospace - Italy. The appointed Main Contractor fulfills all Customer s requirements and distribute each Pos to each partner involved, performing Project Management, Capability and Capacity Assessments, Risk Management, Planning and LOBs up to the FAI and delivery to the Customer. 15 T.T.N. S.p.A. Trattamenti Termici Nervianesi T.T.N. Group has been operating for 40 years in the field of heat treatments and, with constant attention to the development and application of the most modern technologies, is a leading company in the market. At present, more than 450 people are deployed among the various companies in the group. The divisions dedicated to vacuum, plasma nitriding and surface coatings represent areas of strong growth for the group, in terms of investments in plant engineering innovation. One of the company s area of greatest interest is aerospacedefense, which sees qualified and NADCAP accredited massive heat treatments (both in a protective and vacuum atmosphere) of steel, superalloys and nickel-cobalt alloys such as: - Annealing, Normalizing, Quench&Tempering (Oil, Nitrogen up to 20 bar), Solution Annealing, Ageing and Precipitation, Stress Relieving. SMF S.r.l. was established in June 2008 to take over the activities of Seren Gay Sas in Rivoli (Turin), active in Aerospace business since SMF has currently 2 plants: one located in an industrial area in the outskirts of Turin, the other plant is located in Brindisi. SMF assures to keep up the technological experience in manufacturing small and medium size sheet metal components and assemblies for Aerospace applications, military programs and industrial Gas Turbine with continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and productivity with the aim of getting to the top levels of this important sector. For this purpose SMF has in place an improvement plan for technologies and quality. 17 Rosfer snc Rosfer is a small enterprise operating in the area of high precision mechanical manufacturing since 1967, supplying several top-quality Customers in Italy and abroad. Rosfer has two main areas of business: Design and production of calipers and gauges for checking of mechanical components. Manufacturing of components, assemblies and fixtures in accordance with customers drawings and plans years of experience in manufacturing dimensional testing systems for the Aeronautic industry. High precision mechanical machining. A 3D Zeiss UPMC 850 Accredia-certified measuring machine enables us high precision controls in a measuring range of 1200x800x600. Complete design service which enables us to define the final product on the basis of the conditions of the part that the customer wants to check.
