2 We re at the beginning of a new year, it s so exciting! Are you ready to create an incredible year for yourself? I hope you re thinking yes, yes, yes right now! To help you make it amazing we collaborated with the amazing Amber McCue, founder of NiceOps, to bring you the Perfectly Planned Bundle. 3 PART ONE FOLLOW THE LOVE Make it your mission this year to follow the LOVE. This will help you to intentionally create a wonderful plan and a wonderful year. So take some time to think about the following... What do you love? What will bring you revenue? 3
4 What can you delegate? What can you delete? When you follow the love you ll create a better business and a better life. 4
5 PART TWO SET YOUR GOAL This section is based on Napoleon Hill s, Think and Grow Rich, so we definitely recommend you reading the book this or listening to the unabridged audio version. You can find it on itunes here >> ( People who are working towards a goal and have a very specific way of looking at that goal, tend to meet their goals more often. So for this section we have some questions for you to answer and then an exercise for you to do, to write out your goals on a notecard. What goal are you focused on working toward right now? Have a think of your year long goals, think of growing your business. When do you intend to meet this goal? Tie a timeline to your goal, so you know where you re going and when you want to hit it by. 5
6 What will you give or what effort will you put forth to attain this goal? How are you going to make sure you reach your goal? What is the financial target associated with this goal? Or if your goal is to build your list, have another metric to measure it by. 6
7 CREATING YOUR GOAL CARDS Take your answers above and create a one sentence statement for each one and then write them down on a goal card, so you can remind yourself of your goals throughout the year. FOR EXAMPLE, THE NICEOPS GOAL CARD FOR 2015 SAID: Niceops grows to $20k monthly run rate by the fall of Niceops grows through word of mouth, scalable intimacy and connection. Niceops becomes a must have resource for the modern CEO and entrepreneur, because nice CEOs get results. Organic buzz about Niceops grows and it s fueled by our commitment to openness, approachability and growth. So, get a piece of card and write down your goal statements for 2016, be very focused and clear about what goes on there goal cards work :) 7
8 PART THREE CREATE A TIME BUDGET Doing less meaningless work, so you can focus on the things of greater personal importance is not laziness, and this is hard for most people to accept, because our culture tends to reward personal sacrifice, instead of personal productivity TIM FERRISS As entrepreneurs, there are so many ideas and so much to do, it s easy to end up becoming very unproductive trying to manage it all. What we need to do is put the most important things first and prioritise this year. So take some time now to breakdown your goals into years, months, weeks and days. TIMELINE FOCUS YEARS AHEAD DAYS WEEKLY DAILY THE WEEKS, DAYS, AND MINUTES ARE WHERE THINGS REALLY COME TO LIFE! How many hours do you have to invest in your business each week? HOW WILL THAT TIME GET BROKEN DOWN? SALES AND MARKETING OPERATIONS BUSINESS PLANNING PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ADD YOUR OWN HERE! 8
9 PART FOUR CHOOSE YOUR TEST When you create your plan, you re not 100% sure whether it s going to work, so in, set up a test to run to see whether you re on the right tracks. To do this exercise, follow along with the masterclass (at 34:00 minutes) HYPOTHESIS/BELIEF HOW YOU WILL TEST 9
