Even more remarkable than her success as a real estate agent is the fact that she has achieved her amazing success while raising a family of four children. When Ann began her career in 1989, she was fortunate to land at one of the best real estate companies in Queens and says she worked with two of the greatest mentors, Jack and Steve Blumner, formerly of First Choice Real Estate. In the early days, Ann would take out buyers and match the buyers with what they were looking for. The strategy worked and she quickly established herself as the leading real estate agent for the company, awarded Top Agent for most homes sold her very first year, a title she maintained year after year for two decades. Another fundamental for Ann was to become a listing-oriented agent. Through her branding, she became very successful at listings, as well. Following 16 years with this top organization, Ann earned many awards for her ability to list and successfully sell homes for clients, with more than 5,000 home sales under her belt. In 2005, Ann and her daughters together joined another large real estate organization and soon became a vital part of that team.
