2 Rob Magnotta Rob Magnotta got his start in the business when he began flipping house in the late-90s. He quickly found fast success and a love for real estate, but becoming a REALTOR was not originally part of his plan. I originally got my license just to do transactions for friends and family, but I started doing incredibly well and it just took off from there. Magnotta quickly became one of the top-producing agents in the lucrative Orange County real estate market. Almost four years ago, Magnotta brought his talents to First Team Estates of Newport, the number one brokerage in Orange County. I loved that they were locally owned and op - er ated and really specialized in Orange County. They re just a fan - tastic company, not only do they have
3 First Team Estates a smart business model and incredible management, but they offer me tre - mendous agent support and access to cutting edge technology. A key reason behind Magnotta s remarkable success is his absolute dedication to his clients. I m ex - tremely attentive to my clients, my phone is always on and they can always reach me with any questions. Building and maintaining relation - ships with my clients is the most important thing I do as a REALTOR. I give my clients everything I have to make their real estate dreams come true and I m happy to do so. I m not the agent you work with once and then never hear from again after the transaction is over. Magnotta s background as a flipper
4 and his expertise in investment prop - erties have also been a way he has set himself apart. I own several invest - ment properties myself, so I know what it s like to have my money on the line and when I m working with a client, I treat it like it s my money and I help guide my clients so they can make the best investment decision for themselves. I m always honest, it s not just about making a sale, if a property isn t right, I let them know. I have firsthand experience buying and selling my own property, so I under - stand how stressful it can be even under the best circumstances and I m able to be sensitive to what they re going through. Magnotta has won numerous awards for his real estate achievements in - cluding Century 21 s most prestigious award, Top 21 and he has been a Gold Medal Hall of Fame winner for the last four years at First Team Estates. In 2014, Christie's International Real Estate selected First Team Estates as the first Christie's affiliate in Orange County, which is a huge honor for everyone at the company. In addition to his busy career,
5 Magnotta helped create an annual charity fundraiser called, Uncork For Hope, a high end wine tasting in Costa Mesa, that benefits Boys Town California. The next event is scheduled for Sunday May 3rd. He also participates in the CHOC Follies, an annual musical benefit held to raise funds for the Children s Hospital of OC. Magnotta would like to continue to grow his business in the near future, but only if it doesn t take away from what he truly loves, having personal relationships with his clients. I also have a real passion for real estate itself. I love how the environment factors into every piece of property, whether it's a cabin in the mountains, a cottage near the beach, or a chateau in the country, every piece of real estate is so different and unique. Just like every client you deal with is unique and brings their own special set of needs and wants to the table.
