Value Level #1: Create the environment for coaching The first level of value is just the environment of coaching itself. Having them talk about what they want to achieve, their challenges and what actions they re going to take between now and their next session. If that s all you did every week from one session to the next, that s going to actually create a lot of value for clients because it gives them real and measurable goals to work on.
