With our newest model developed to make deep ripping for the farmer simpler, stronger and smarter. We ve included controlled traffic farming widths of 6m, 9m and 12m, our fully welded frame is now even heavier with 200x200x9mm RHS, we ve developed the No.9 shank assembly with innova ve features that make it excellent for deep ripping in tough condi ons, level li design and be er s ll, our AP91 features a trailing leading ne configura on to improve towing capability which reduces ripping costs. Based on Proven Research The beau fully built AP91 features a solid frame built from a solid 200x200x9mm RHS toolbar frame with two of the three models featuring folding wings. Combined with the trailing leading ne design and innova ve No.9 Shank, the AP91 is cleverly designed to handle the stresses of tough ploughing for a long working life. The trailing leading ne design consist of a single row of shallow leading nes working in-line and ahead at depths of up to 450mm. This then reduces the dra force required by the following nes, set to penetrate at up to 600mm. Tested and proven, the leading ne configura on increases the towing ability and reduces fuel and me costs by reducing the dra force required to pull the ripper by up to 18% Innova ve Shanks The AP91 now features the smart No.9 shank with tungsten and hard-faced No.9 Razorback blades and full length shin guards. Designed to upli and sha er hard pans at working depths of up to 450mm or 600mm, the shank works without inver ng the soil, which can lead to moisture loss and reduc on in microbiology. The newest shank is stronger and smarter with innova ve features that make it excellent for deep ripping in tough condi ons. Not seen on any other brand, the shank has a scissor ac on design which means the shank breaks back in a radial mo on to prevent any stubborn to move objects from latching and breaking the shank. Plus a full frame height shank extension and exclusive clip on razor back blades. A massive 10560lb maximum breakout at blade for the standard rigid shear pin shanks and 4070lb maximum breakout at blade for the op onal hydraulic recoil shanks. 15 A CUT ABOVE THE REST. The Agrowplow Co on Bed Renovator enables farmers to cut and bury stalks and rebed in just one pass. It helps reduce compac on and saves valuable me, money and fuel. Superior Performance The Co on Bed Renovator is available in 4m, 6m or 8m working widths with two shank layouts to choose from - the side bust or centre bust model. The Plow features shanks that create wide slots next to each plant row. A fixed knife on each plow cuts the roots and buries them into the slots - increasing the organic ma er and nutrients in the furrows. Solid Construc on The Co on Bed Renovator frame is fully welded and constructed from heavy duty 150x150x9mm RHS and features a solid three toolbar frame. Furthermore, for excellent long term durability, the Co on Bed Renovator is finished in a long las ng, high quality two pack paint. Shanks For shank protec on the Co on Bed Renovator is fi ed with heavy duty rigid shear pin shanks as standard. Rigid shear pins are the quickest to change and the cheapest to replace. Plus quick change blades and shin guards with the op on to add tungsten and hard facing wear enhancements. The shanks can work at a maximum working depth of 450mm (18 ) and have a maximum 170lb breakout at the blade. Furrows Farmers can easily adjust the pitch and height to suit the working requirements.
