The XP7 staple fastener can be used on belts up to 3500 kn/m (2000 PIW) and 16 mm (5/8 ) thick. Available with steel and stainless fastener plates. The finished splice has a smooth, low profile for compatibility with belt cleaners and other conveyor components. Cold rolled steel provides uniform mechanical properties and increased tensile strength of up to 50%. The larger loop area accepts a bigger pin for extending splice life and makes hinge pin insertion easier. Built-in belt stops help align fasteners to ensure accurate installation.
