2 Technical data PASVE SC/SF/SH/SP/ST is a miniature ball valve which readily accepts a commercially available hygienic rubber septum. The PASVE SC/SF/SH/SP/ST provides you with the opportunity to safely take hygienic samples from your process without interrupting the process. The PASVE SC/SF/SH/SP/ST can be used in any industrial process where it is necessary obtain a sample from the process which is not influenced or contaminated from any outside disturbances. The PASVE SC/SF/SH/SP/ST is a member of the Satron PASVE Series, which is commonly used with ph probes, oxygen sensors and Satron's high precision patented pressure and level transmitters. Slacken locking grub screw. Unscrew the coupling part () from the body () right hand thread and remove all parts from coupling.. Weld the coupling part () taking care not to distort it - use small welding rod and multiple passes to minimise heating. re assemble the PASVE S valve assembly into the coupling as shown PASVE SP T-pipe Mounting of PASVE SH and ST Pull-out sleeve Spring Locking sleeve Retaining screw Mx DIN A T00 T00 T re tighten the assembly- right hand thread - by hand. Do not over tighten or use tools to tighten as this will damage the valve. PASVE SH and ST will be fixed with a clamp to the coupling. Protection kit, assembly M000. Tighten the locking screw

5 Special instructions for the safe use. Septum rubber replacing Please note: Pictures illustrate operational principles only, not accurate drawings.. Safe sampling Take the sample. Replace the rubber septum Turn the valve to the sample taking position Figure - Figure - Figure -, Pasve in sample taking position Pasve in the sample taking position Remove the sampling syringe from the valve Figure - Figure - Open the shut-off plug by turning it counterclockwise! Turn the valve to the maitenance positition Install the special nut V by turning it counterclockwise! -First screw the special nut V lightly in -When it reaches the rubber septum tighten the nut - turns Do not remove any other parts! Figure - Figure -0 Figure - Install the shut-off plug by turning it clockwise! Remove the special nut V by rotating it clockwise! Push the sampling syringe through the rubber septum. 6 ..0. Changing of the gasket and the rubber seal. Reinstall the top part of the valve on the coupling part by turning it clockwise! Tighten it by hand, don't use any tools.. Open the locking screw..
