3 CARE AND CLEANING Dust regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent soil build-up. A damp cloth may be used occasionally to clean surface. Dry immediately. Do not use any abrasives that may damage finish. Excessive exposure to sunlight and extreme changes in temperature and moisture can damage wood furniture. MAINTENANCE Check bolts periodically and tighten if necessary. LIMITED WARRANTY Dorel Asia warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect. This warranty covers 1 year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase. This is solely limited to the repair or replacement of defective furniture components and no assembly labor is included. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly assembled, subjected to misuse or abuse or which has been altered or repaired in any way. 6 DA6572GR / DA6572E STEP 1 Insert wood dowel (3) into the end of the top cross (A). Attach left headboard post (G) to top cross (A) with bolt (2) and Allen key (6). Slide headboard panel (C ) into the grooves of top cross (A). Attach headboard middle rail (D) to left headboard post (G) with bolt (2) and Allen key (6). NOTE- Make sure that headboard panel (C ) rests inside the grooves of top cross (A) and middle rail (D). 2 pcs

7 DA6572GR / DA6572E STEP 2 Insert slats (F) into the holes of the headboard middle rail (D). Insert stoppers (7) and wood dowels (4) into the holes of the bottom cross (E) as shown below. Attach bottom cross (E) to the left headboard post (G) with bolt (2) and Allen key (6).

8 DA6572GR / DA6572E STEP 3 Insert wood dowels (3) and (4) into right headboard post (H) as shown below. Attach right headboard post (H) assembled unit with bolt (2) and Allen key (6). You've finished assembling the headboard. 3 pcs

9 DA6572GR / DA6572E STEP 4 Insert wood dowel (3) into footboard top cross (B). Attach the left footboard post (I) to top cross (B) with bolt (2) and Allen key (6). Insert the slats (F) into the holes of the top cross (B). Insert the stoppers (7) and wood dowels (4) into bottom cross (E) as shown. Attach bottom cross (E) left footboard post (I) with bolt (2) using Allen key (6). Insert the wood dowels (3) and (4) into right footboard post (J) as shown below. Attach right footboard post (J) to the assembled unit with bolt (2) using Allen key (6). You've finished assembling the footboard. B B F I 4 pcs 4 pcs 2 pcs

10 STEP 5 Insert barrel nut (5) into slat (P). DA6572GR / DA6572E Insert wood dowels (3) into both ends of slats (N & O). Attach the slats (N & O & P) to the right side rail (L) as shown below. Secure slat (P) to right side rail (L) with bolt (2) using Allen key (6). N 20 pcs

11 DA6572GR / DA6572E STEP 6 Attach left side rail (K) to slats (N, O and P). Insert the barrel nut (5) into the hole of the slat (P). Secure slat (P) to the left side rail (K) with bolt (2) and Allen key (6). O O

12 STEP 7 DA6572GR / DA6572E Insert the barrel nuts (5) into the holes of the side rails (K & L). Attach the assembled headboard and the footboard to the side rails (K & L) using bolts (2) and Allen key (6). L 8 pcs 8 pcs

13 STEP 8 DA6572GR / DA6572E Attach the guardrails (M) to the headboard and side rails (K & L) with bolts (1 & 2) as shown below. Use Allen key (6) to tighten them.
