3 Important Policy Information: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY SUBMITTING your order... The easiest, most accurate, and safest way to submit an order is on Your user name is your four-digit account number. Your password is whatever you would like and because it is encrypted AR-EN cannot see your password. Download important files from the My Account section; price pages, napkin and foil color pdfs, font and design catalogues. For handwritten orders, the following applies: AR-EN only accepts handwritten orders on an AR-EN order form. Each faxed, mailed or ed AR-EN order will be charged $2 NET per page. Place orders online at no additional charge. Always use a separate AR-EN order form for each item ordered. (For example, an order for guest towels and beverage napkins would be on separate pages. Multiple colors of the same item and same copy can be on the same order form.) Orders submitted online are confirmed under the My Account section, Recent Orders. Faxed orders are not confirmed. AR-EN does not accept phone orders or phone proof approvals. Additional items or orders cannot be added to orders already processed. This applies to web orders as well. AR-EN will not be responsible for misprinted orders when requesting just like last order or as shown in book without a provided copy or sample. Please submit all orders clearly as AR-EN will not be responsible for misprinted information, misspelled or illegible words. Orders submitted without a supplied need by date or as ASAP will ship within 10 business days. AR-EN standard production time is 5 to 10 business days, if your order is received by 11AM C.S.T. An order can be RUSHED, for a charge of $25 NET, if requesting shipment before the standard production time. Our apologies but we can not guarantee next day turn around. Orders requiring proofs are not considered complete until we have received a signed completed proof approval. Proofs are not RUSHED and are completed in the order we receive them. You should receive your requested proof(s) within two business days of receipt of the order. Rush orders cannot request a proof. Production time does not include proofing time. During high volume season, proof requests can take three to five business days. Inspection upon receipt... Orders must be inspected by you and/or your customer immediately upon receipt. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. NO EXCEPTIONS! About foil stamping... Foil stamping is a more dramatic graphic art than ink printing, but differs from ink in several important ways. (1) Foil adheres to the surface rather than being absorbed like ink, and unlike ink it may be rubbed off. Shiny or Brushed foils are more resilient than Matte foils. (2) On intricate detail and tiny print, fill-in most likely will occur. Gold and Silver foils are least likely to exhibit this tendency. (3) When ordering guest towels, foil may come off when the paper towel gets wet and onto hands when drying them. Less foil on a guest towel is best to prevent this possibility. (4) Although we will be happy to advise you on the likelihood of fill-in, we cannot be responsible for the above conditions. 1 07/2015

4 Important Policy Information: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Shipping... All orders are shipped UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. USPS Priority Mail may be selected when there is no time sensitivity. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select services are available to speed delivery. You will receive a tracking from UPS or USPS, referencing your PO# when the order has shipped. NOTE OF CAUTION: Should you indicate a date your order is needed by, we will automatically take all necessary steps, including rush charges and expedited shipping to meet this date. You will then be charged accordingly. If your in-hands date is not possible we will call with suggestions. Providing an incorrect or incomplete address will result in a UPS address correction charge of $14 NET. Redirecting an order while in the hands of UPS or refusing a package will result in additional shipping costs that are the responsibility of the dealer. Color variation... Due to inconsistencies in dye lots, AR-EN does not assume responsibility for shade variations in foils, napkins, coasters, bags, ribbon, or paper colors. Please advise your customers accordingly. Sending artwork... Send your custom artwork to artwork@ar-en.net. Almost all graphic designers produce quality vector art files, and we only accept vector based artwork such as an AI or EPS file, which is reduced to only solid black and white: no colors, grayscale or gradients of any kind. PDFs are acceptable provided the artwork embedded is vector based. If creating artwork in Illustrator be sure to outline fonts. Please save Illustrator files as CS6 or lower. WE DO NOT accept PNG, JPG, GIF or TIFF files. Fonts must be embedded, and any effects expanded. Graphic designers should know how to embed fonts when creating designs, so please make sure you communicate your needs for the vector file when requesting art files from your designer or customer. If we are requested to alter a design, create a design, scan non vector art, or match an existing font or piece of artwork, design fees will be charged at $150 per hour NET, with a minimum of $40. These charges are in addition to the customer supplied artwork charge. To be sure any changes to your orders are processed correctly and in a timely fashion, please contact AR-EN Customer Service at customerservice@ar-en.net. All changes must be in writing. Do not orders, order questions or order revisions to the artwork department. The AR-EN artwork department only works on your custom artwork or setting standard type. They do not have the ability to amend orders. As the artwork department receives hundreds of pieces of artwork each day, the artwork department will contact you only if they have concerns about your artwork. AR-EN will not be responsible for orders or changes to orders that are sent to the artwork department. 2 07/2015
