52 ORDERING PROCESS 1. BROWSE DESIGNS First, take a look through the Hazel Paper Co. wedding invitation catalog. All 40 of the invitation designs can be customized to fit your unique style, color scheme and vision. Design elements from different invitations can be combined, fonts and colors are easily changeable and all is tailored for the customer. Want to see samples first? No problem! Sample packs can be ordered through my Etsy shop. Don t see a design you love? I will happily create a custom design for you from scratch for an additional custom design fee. 3. DEPOSIT, CONTRACT + WORDING Once the quote is approved, I ask that you sign a contract and put down a $100 non-refundable deposit that goes toward your final payment. Along with the contract and deposit, you will be sent a document to help you decide on your preferences for your. 4. DESIGN + DIGITAL PROOFING After sending your deposit, contract and I will start designing you invitations and you the first round of proofs digitally. From there, I will work with you and make changes until you are 100% happy with your invitations. 2. QUESTIONNAIRE + QUOTE If you re interested in a quote, fill out my new bride questionnaire with as much information as possible about your wedding stationery needs. The more information the better! This questionnaire helps me to get to know you, your style and vision for your big day. Include the designs that you like! Once I receive your questionnaire, I will contact you with a quote based on your stationery needs. The quote is just to give you an idea on the cost ahead of time, you can change your order up until you are ready to print. 5. PRINTED PROOFING Once the designs are finalized digitally, I will mail a printed proof of your invitation set for approval prior to your final order. 6. FINAL PAYMENT + DELIVERY When your printed proofs are approved, your order will be sent to print and shipped to you! STILL HAVE QUESTIONS? No problem!
