The center is strategically located in a high density area with population of over 125,000 within a 5 mile radius. The center is anchored by Macy s and Burlington Coat Factory and is home to a variety of national retailers including McDonald s, Victoria s Secret, Bath and Body Works, Foot Locker and Party City. A cosmetic upgrade and renovation of the interior and exterior of the center is currently in process and a dine-in movie theater is expected to be added to the tenant mix at Columbia Place Mall in the near future. These enhancements to the center will solidify Columbia Place Mall as the premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination in the market.
