NB: If the programme is repeated we an additional programme must be created clearly marked with the different TX dates and times BBC branded audio CD in labelled DVD case. NB: If the programme is repeated we need additional back up CDs in separate boxes, clearly marked with the different TX dates and times. No Back-up Pack to be delivered to Yalding Operations, Room 101, Yalding House by 4pm on day pri to TX (Shows broadcast on Saturday, Sunday & Monday AM should be delivered by 4pm Friday). Pack should include a selection of Programme suitable audio CD s, R1 PRE REC fm and back up programme material. A TX Entry in Proteus, if a PRE REC (and not a repeat of the same show within 7 days of iginal TX) with TX signed off at Producer and Netwk level. PRE REC fm should also be ed R1 Pre-Rec Fms D-List in GAL. If not on the Pre-approved Prerecded Programme list, an approval between Ben Cooper and the programme exec must have taken place as well. (DVD boxes are available from the PEC in TVC and BH They also stock TX quality CDs). NB: If your programme is repeated we need 2x back up CDs in separate boxes, clearly marked with the different TX dates and times. ON CD-R ONLY FORMAT: Track 1: Part 1 of PROG (duration 25 mins) Track 2: Part 2of PROG etc then 1 MINUTE SILENCE then (final track) 30 SECS TONE Recding Rept in Proteus, where possible. 9 BBC ASIAN NETWORK 1) BWAV, sent by.ftp (from outside the BBC infrastructure this requires ftp access) 2) INTERIM MEASURE, TO BE PHASED OUT: As audio CDs sent to Mailbox CD-R x2 (one to Mailbox, the other to BBC Current Recdings). NO 2 Broadcast Quality CDs currently still needed f pre-tx listening/ back-up & archive, one to Mailbox, the other to BBC Current Recdings. (These are the programme Master & Back-up if your programme is delivered on CD). They should include a Recding Rept. The audio line up of the CDs should be the same as the.wav file, not the old BBC Radio spec. Recding Rept in Proteus, where possible. Hard copy with back-up/archive CDs.
